 I will keep this juicer because it does work well and cleans up quickly, but I will be looking for a quieter one. I would have given this product 4 and 1/2, but the noise is a big issue for me.

Just letting folks know, that pulp (and other goo) get stuck in the holes of this machine. It says "dishwasher safe", but don't expect the dishwasher to really clean the holes. You'll need to hand wash the holes and we found using a brush to get it really clean, then sterilizing in the dishwasher. The pulp removal of oranges, lemons and lime will be dependent on a few things; 1

washing this, requires a two step action.
