The bike I received had a damaged part (the nut that holds the front fork to the frame) and a missing part (the bolt/nut that tightens the seat down tube). I attempted to contact customer support but quit after being on hold for over 30 minutes. I remedied the problems myself with a quick trip to my local bike shop for some parts. And the bike is really cute and well-made! If all the parts were included and undamaged, I would give this product a high rating

This is a good bike but it came without the retaining clips for the front wheel. Now I have to order them separately and wait for delivery and my kid is disappointed. Also the manual doesn't include assembly instructions. They assume everyone lives near a bike shop and has time to take the bike there to be assembled

 The score of 4 is because the bike needed serious adjusting. The front and year wheel bearings (cones) were too tight. Chain was too tight. Headset was also too tight

That was an hour of work to get things right. In case people wonder, the bike has a Raleigh logo but apparently came from a factory in China

Bought this for a 4 year-old granddaughter who was already riding a 12" bike w/o training wheels. The bike was well-packaged, easy to assemble, and proved a notch above the usual kiddie bikes in terms of quality. I expect this bike will be great for my granddaughter and then be enjoyed by other, younger grandkids. The green color and style seem gender neutral, so that is another plus
