 Obviously you could avoid this altogether. If you either have a dedicated flat bench or rep fitness zero gap bench zero gap bench is obviously gon na have zero gap, but it's gon na cost quite a bit more. I think they're around 450, which is much more than this one again we'll get to the price in just a sec, but let's see how it goes. I actually haven't flat benched with this at all, so we'll see so my first time setting it up, i haven't played with it really much at all

Weekly Free-Talk and Questions for r/HomeGym - week of August 06, 2021

 I live in Ohio and the Rogue 2.0 would have cost me $726 including shipping and tax. The Legend model is not much less.  The Cons: 1

.IMO they are not worth more than three times what Rep charges for this model.  I don't know of any other flat/incline bench even close in price that can match up to this Rep model. I think most home gym owners will be happy with this bench

Solid Bench at a Great Price

 Ultimately, if i was a professional bench presser, if i was doing just squats bench and deadlifts - and i really had an issue with the gap on this bench press or any bench press, i would probably go with this pro this product. For my uh incline and my overhead presses and then just buy their comp bench for just for bench. Pressing reason being is, i think, if you add this bench and the comp bench total you're still underneath what some of their more expensive no gap and adjustable bench presses would cost you and obviously it's going to take up more space. But it's probably going to be better to have two benches for the price of one, if that, if space is not going to be an issue, if you have any questions regarding the ab3100 or any of the other rep fitness products drop them in the comments below And i'll get them answered, i do have a rep fitness affiliate link in the description of this video

 I picked it up for 209, new plus 34 shipping here to massachusetts, so 243 total, and i thought that was a steal in today's market. I will say at the time i'm shooting this video that the this is out of stock, i'm assuming it's going to come back in stock to rep fitness's website. You know that stuff goes in and out of stock quickly, but i do know they have been raising their prices. So, if you're watching this video and wondering why the price points don't match up, it might be because they've raised their prices and that does make sense

 I thought those price points really just went through the roof for me because i'm a cheapskate. So if you have a small, if you don't like that gap, if you really don't like that gap, you might want to consider getting this bench and getting their flat comp bench. I forgot what the name of it is i'll put the photo up here. That will give you two benches almost for the price of that one non-gaap bench, but that's just my thoughts personally
