 It did feel really nimble, the mid flex on it too gave it a nice kind of playfulness but also enough kind of just bite back to be able to really get that extra edge out of your turns. Really had no issues, tried to take it through some tighter trees and see if I could get into some trouble there and it seemed to perform pretty well in that area as well. So for the freestyle approach on the Zero here, definitely is going to be a bit tailored to that. Even in this bigger size for my build I was still able to butter around on it, it could pop off the tail, it could pop off the nose, definitely press it, butter some toast all day on the corduroy

Hey everyone, I'm still fairly new to snowboarding so I'd say somewhere between beginner and intermediate. I had a hand me down board for the past 2-3 seasons to learn and practice on and no longer have that board anymore... believe it was from 5th element. I'm a female about 5'7 and around 115 lbs. Not quite sure where to start or what exactly to look for when buying a new board but looking for something to use on your usual ski mountains and generally free ride. My stance is regular and I'm probably going to need bindings too. Not looking for something super expensive but just something I can continue to learn and improve on. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi all, looking for some snowboard recs.

 I'm six foot tall and weigh about 158 pounds or 72 kilos. I was riding the 155 centimeter zero with Burton cartel bindings set to angles of plus nine and minus six. I was riding this in Whistler in all kinds of conditions from soft light powder to ice and man-made sugary snow. I was riding with a slightly narrower stance than recommended somewhere around 21 and a bit inches

 I was looking for a board that would be a bit softer than my Mercury that would be a bit easier to press and move around in the park even though I mainly ride small and medium features. It does start out as a medium flex but I found it broke in quickly and mine is definitely medium soft right now but it's still solid enough for everything I'd want to do in the park. Fortunately it feels pretty soft. It's nice and easy to twist

Have been snowboarding a total of 25-30 times now. Still learning but getting there. Learned on a HEAD Pearl 2007 and for the life of me can’t even find the camber type of that board anywhere online. 

I’m after something fun, buttery, mellow but responsive on quick switches and on powdery off-piste days, and stable on a long relaxed carve. Too shy for the park just yet so sticking to all mountain for the next few seasons while I master at least some jumps. 

Bataleons have the sickest reviews both on here and online but the Dreamcatcher is in top 10 all mountain boards for last season.

 When it comes to buttering on this board, you've got to find that optimal sweet spot right where the camber section hits the rocker. That's where you want to leverage your weight out and get it over the nose or the tail just to get it to flex. There is rebound. There is fight with this board

 Overall, it comes in at right around a middle of the road flex. When you get it right out of the wrapper, it's a little bit past that being a little bit stiffer. And when it comes to stability, you do get chatter in the nose and the tail, but that pretty much dissipates by the time it hits the inserts. So with that said, you get this stable section through the middle

The 2022 Ride Zero Snowboard Review

I'm looking to get my first snowboard in years and I have settled on a RIDE, the problem is I don't know which one to get. Here is some context.

I'm 6'0 210 pounds and I want something that can do it all from all-mountain, park, etc. That's why I was leaning more towards the 2021 Ride Algorrthym, the only problem is I don't know if they have the right size for me. I do remember from when I used to snowboard years ago, I preferred a smaller board and love to carve to the mountain. I was thinking a 155w would be good for me but it says in the size chart 155w is up to 175lbs. I feel like 160W is going to be bigger than I want. Should I consider a different board or would one of these options be fine for me? I was also looking at the burnout and pig models, I guess my real question is how much over the recommended weight limit can I go? 

Also I have a 12 size shoe and when I got fitted for boots, they gave me 9.5 boots, so I was thinking I needed a wide but maybe I don't? Any help would be great
