 For these two rogue 25 pound deep dish plates was 140 dollars and 14 cents the weights were 105. Shipping was 20 and tax was 15 fourteen. So a hundred and twenty five dollars for fifty pounds, which is two dollars and fifty cents a pound sure i could go cheaper with cap weights from academy, but they are wonky and how much they actually weigh. The inside ring also is larger than two inches and most of the ones i looked at were rusty

 These are both extremely good plates. Honestly, there's things i like more about strength, co, and there are things i like more about rogue, but i think for most people, rogues went out because of the price. If the price was the exact same, i think the strenco maybe beat them out, because the thinness for a lot of people, i think, does matter. I do like the machining on the back of the rogues, though, so this is what i would say: rogue's number one, the best value

 Bucks for the 45s and costs 81 bucks for the pair to be sent to my door from oregon is 252 bucks, so we got 252, 260 and 228, not a big difference between these. The strength coat is a little bit higher, but not really significantly, and then you got the rogue at the bottom, which makes sense rogue's the biggest company uh they've got the biggest manpower, the biggest buying power.  The strength co plates are the most expensive strangco plates. I'Ve got 195 bucks for a pair of 45s 65 bucks. Shipped to me, they're in california, however, their shipping is actually lower than rogues, which i'm surprised by so that comes out to about 260 bucks, okay, so 260 bucks for 45 to my door. You know it gets different and pricing changes, as you add different weight increments

 I basically ordered the ones that i would use. I ordered 10, 45s, 200 pounders, 225s and 235, so i've got each kind that they make and so i'm going to unbox all of them for you today. So we can enjoy the experience together. So this is the 45 pound box

6, pretty good right where we want it within the range and by the way i think they're they're. I think they're offering a plus or minus two percent guarantee on the weight. So if you get ones that are overweight, which, by the way i have been seeing, i've gotten some message from people that have gotten these and they've been overweight by like a couple pounds. If it's within the range that they say the guaranteed weight, they will replace them free of charge, so take them up on it

 The reason they do that is so that you, like back in the day before they had bumper plates and olympic weightlifting. They dropped from over head, obviously, instead of like using a thin plate that would likely crack the platform they used a deeper dish, a wider rim and the reason for that is because it takes up more surface area, so it's less likely to craft the platform. Well. 35S and 25s are go on top of 45, so these never touch the ground

 Okay, so i'm going to first do the 45s, because those are the most important we don't want it to be over or we don't want it to be under over is okay, but we don't want it to be over or under okay. I'Ve got it on kilogram. Pound 45.2

 These come from michigan, so shipping was like 95 or like around 75. Taxes was like 15 bucks. So for four plates i paid 405 dollars and something cents and i'm gon na open these up see what they look like compared to my other plates all right, so you cut the box open um, pretty much, it's just the weight in the box. So if these things were tossed around or whatever they are gon na get damaged, if there's any indents they're going to get damaged, um, there's no like cushion cover or anything it's just the plate in a box, four of them came like that from ups

Rogue deep dish 45 plate review

 It’s just, I ordered Friday evening they shipped out Saturday and were at my door on Sunday. I ordered the BoS plates on 2/25, got the notice my plates were sent out on 3/2 and I got them today 3/10.

Delivery Speed: StrengthCo (I live San Jose, California so 1 day shipping from SoCal). BoS had to clear customs since it’s getting sent out of Canada. Took a little less than 2 weeks to get the BoS plates.

I think what it really comes down to me is how fast StrengthCo got the plates out. I don’t fault the time it took for bells of steel for the plates to ship. It’s just, I ordered Friday evening they shipped out Saturday and were at my door on Sunday. I ordered the BoS plates on 2/25, got the notice my plates were sent out on 3/2 and I got them today 3/10
