And you can follow different programs for an assault bike, and they are basically idiot-proof so you can't further injure yourself and still maintain a strong V02 max. I haven't touched an ergometer since February of 2020 but I have a Rogue echo assault bike, and it covers most of what you need in terms of HIIT. I could get a rower but for the $1000 a C2 costs and the space it takes, I'm hesitant.

Received my Echo Bike today and it was beat up 🤕. The cage was bent and looks like it dropped or banged on the side 😩. **edit** so I called Rogue CS first thing in the morning and the rep claims everything will get taken care of. Forwarded pictures to warranty team we shall see.
