 My problem was with the silver metal shaft for the lat pull. It was damaged and it does not allow the weight holder to travel up and down freely, even after putting some weights and silicone grease. I contacted them and they gave me two options to get some money refunded for or to wait about one month and a half to get the new part and $50 back. They were super cool about it so far… quick responses from the team

 The pulley system for the cable exercises is not made well at all. You have to be careful with it because of it rubbing against the metal and stripping the coating off the cable. I have been in contact with the seller, and expect to wait 24+hours for any response. Amazon unfortunately was no help as it was a 3rd party shipping service and they can’t help, you have to deal with seller directly

 First thing he's ever put together, along with an adjustable bench to use with the rack.  Quality seems a-ok and I have to say, it does seem a great bargain for the product. I would not say it is unstable at all, but as someone who has been a gym member and free weight user in pro gyms for over 30 years, it is not PRO equipment stable. I would go along with adequate and stable but care to be used not to overload one side of plates

 My package did not have any dents to the silver tube needed for the pulley system to work smoothly. My 15 year old son put it together over two nights and said it wasn't bad. First thing he's ever put together, along with an adjustable bench to use with the rack.  Quality seems a-ok and I have to say, it does seem a great bargain for the product

Weekly Free-Talk and Questions for r/HomeGym - week of November 11, 2022

 Customer Service has been great and fast when it comes to reordering the broken pieces, but I don't want to have to do this every 6 months or so.

Had this for one year now and there have been some challenges.

I will be getting into weighted calisthenics, but I don't have a solution for where to do pull ups or dips really. Currently I am using a pull up bar for Pull ups and rings for Dips. But I don't think the bar or the doorframe will be able to hold the weighted pull ups or dips. The most important part are the pull ups, so I really don't care about the dips. I was thinking about mounting the rings to the ceiling, but didn't find any support beams (There was no change in sound when tapping anywhere in the ceiling.) Also thought about a wall mounted pull up bar, but my walls are just drywall. I have also thought of: 

\- Power Rack

\- Building A pull up bar outside

\- Going to a gym (Although this one isn't really a contender)

So my questions is: Do you have any other suggestions or options for me?
