  WiFi calling - not supported on this unlocked model. You need a carrier branded version in usa.  Performance. Its fast! The North America version contains the newest qualcomm 855 cpu

Practical review of S10

- Delayed responsiveness to command input. I've tested this against a Samsung Galaxy S10, using the same equipment and sounds, with an audibly better quality and response speed from the S10.

Fragile screen

At this stage, we have nearly reached the saturation in terms of the performance we actually require from our smartphones. My 3 year old Pixel 2 is adequately fast and poses no issues in my day to day performance. Benchmarks aren't really everything. You will not find your typical Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra / OnePlus 8 Pro to be almost 30% slower than an iPhone 12 Pro if we take raw numbers into consideration. The performance is going to be really good for the consumers on either phone. 

What we really need at this point is efficiency from the smartphone processors. We have come leaps and bounds farther in terms of the performance but it has always been integrated with a larger battery to counter any loss of daily usage life. We still are able to only use the smartphones for an average of 5 to 6 hours of screen time which is inexplicable. Smartphone batteries have gone from 2000mah to 4000+ mah as a standard and yet there's no real world implication of it. We need efficient CPUs - that is the need of the hour.

Im pretty sure this is on xiaomi and not on the sd888. Performance with the 865 in the rog phone is way better with 51 fps on average and way less jank. The snapdragon 888 isn't a joke, xiaomis optimization is

I'm extremely happy with my Mi 10T Pro. Snapdragon 865 is an absolute performance and battery champ. By far one of the best chips they ever made.
Seeing this... I'm kind of not surprised. iPhones suffer from poor thermals and throttling too. You can only push so much before you get worse efficiency and sustained performance.
Still I'm thinking updates and newer chip revisions will sort of fix such issues. Moreover, it's an early chip.

I would trust results from Xiaomi phones too many ad servers and data collecting going on to get a good result.

Xiaomi phones have always lagged behind other SD equipped phones of the same tier, it'll definitely perform better with proper cooling and **an optimized software implementation**.

<div class="md"><p>So we have our first Snapdragon 888 Preview  through the Xiaomi MI11. It&#39;s important to keep in mind that these are early benchmarks, and you need to take these with a grain of salt. Maybe other phones have better cooling or a firmware update can help.  The Mi11 is the first Snapdragon 888 phone widely available, so it is the first SD 888 phone we have data on.</p>

<p>The performance is comparable to an Apple A13 in Geekbench (at least in multicore, although the 888 is closer to an A12 in single core), but the power consumption is up over the Snapdragon 865.  In some areas, performance per watt has actually regressed. </p>

<p>Keep in mind too that longer periods of high temperatures means greater likelihood of thermal throttling.  The review has a case of throttling in Genshin Impact, which for those unaware is a popular gacha game. </p>

<p>This will be important as this SOC will be used by most of the big Android 2021 flagships. </p>

 The cameras are great, the live focus mode is better than (in some cases) even iPhone X portrait mode, the response time and processing power are top-notch, and the screen is just unbelievable.
