Good morning, wednesday march 9th 2021 we're looking at a rf28t 501 sr samsung refrigerator, and this i'm gon na i fixed this. So we we had a little problem here. I'M doing this in portrait mode on purpose, so you can see the refrigerator is kind of seeing my whole messy kitchen, but um yeah, it's a french door refrigerator with a freezer on the bottom and it's got the uh controls in the it's got. The digital controls in here you see it's 34 degrees, now minus eight in the freezer, uh the ice makers off now

I purchased this product at my local appliance store, and I regret it. Although I haven’t had many issues other owners have had, there are several annoying features. First off, the flap on the left hand door doesn’t fold back all the way, so if I’m closing the doors and the right one is ahead of the left, the flap on the left door will hit the right. Secondly, the cheese drawer at the bottom that spans the width of the fridge will not shut straight without two hands and several tries
