I'm a happy owner of a Sony Bravia 55'' 4K TV and looking to purchase a 32'' to replace my old small TV. I checked Sony's line of products for this size and I'm astonished to see they are all HD ready, and there is not a single Full HD (even my old TV is Full HD!) I though resolution was the most important parameter when considering to buy a TV, so my question is: would you consider alternative brands to get the full HD option (e.g. LG's 32LM6370PLA or Samsung ones) or do you think Sony's HD ready models (e.g W800) would still be competitive?

 It took another call to Samsung to get things straightened out. Why wouldn't Samsung have a checklist ready and tell the customer you need "these three things" and help us find the closest provider. In the end, we went to Royal Electronics in Port Orange, Florida. They were extraordinarily helpful and provided superb customer service

 After another call to Samsung, we were told there were three locations in Florida. Why couldn't they have told us that initially? We contacted the closest one and we were told that we needed a "service ticket number" from Samsung. It took another call to Samsung to get things straightened out. The TV itself is fine. Four months after we bought it the HDMI ...

Spectrum TV App does not work

 The remote and ability to change channels and use functions is very primitive but it can do the job fairly well if you have patience. A problem arose with the sound going off intermittently and mute function not going off. Still working on that one. Overall, I suppose that you get what you pay for, but I expected better quality from Samsung

Not quite up to Samsung standards

 Sound quality not quite as strong as the Toshiba it replaced. We couldn't believe how lightweight this set was too. Overall good product at a good price.

Three stars until i've used it a bit

 Perhaps the most frustrating problem for me was that identifying program choices or even providers, like hulu and even Prime was hit or miss and required using a pointer to select a "key" on the QWERTY keyboard. Thus, each typing stroke required two stages of selection. And, the source had to be selected every time the TV was turned on and a program is sought. What finally broke me with this TV was that it self-deleted Amazon Prime as a selectable source !!!! EDIT- I want to praise the two customer service reps that gave me their two hours of help

Challenging program selection and a "mind of its own

 They said quote "it's a glitch" and I should return it, which I will do. If it happens with the replacement I'll return it for a refund. Very surprised to have this problem after one month. Amazon is great when it comes to returns for replacements or refunds
