 Oh, there is an oxygen tube, a k --. If you want to like hook up your ipod to it or something I don't know why any would want to do that. Oh yes, I do to listen to the gives whiz on the tabletop radio, so I love the simplicity of this, the elegance and just the functionality. I'Ve been so happy with this with this radio, I'm not exactly a big fan of complicated gadgets and and this one just does the job

This is a small attractive radio with good sound and it does not distort when played at high volume. For my location, it picked up many AM and FM stations with its built-in aerial. An external wire is provided if the built-in aerial doesn't work well. My  not giving it 5 stars is because the high frequencies, although reproduced well, seemed a bit shrill

  Turning it on almost guaranteed to change tuning and or volume.  Two stars is a gift.

The adjacent channel suppression or reject is poor.  Signal capture is poor, sound is way to bass heavy.  I have had 2 Sangean radios in the immediate past and this is a HUGE disappointment.  Not even close to the quality of the previous radios

Vendor told me Walmart sent the wrong product number, that they don't carry this model, to keep the wrong one,  and refunded my money.

I purchased this radio for my elderly mother, who is not keen on the newer, digital radios. The old-time dials and ease of use was a big plus in this regard. The sound is rich and true-to-life; the only drawback is the cost, which I consider to be a bit steep, but other than that I am pleased with this purchase.
