 Put that somewhere safe and let's open this up here. and here we have my 1994 Seiko 7002 that with real lumpatina. This is the daddy of the Skx007 and was the watch produced directly before it. It's a very handsome watch, you get real lume patina, you have a cleaner dial without that day function, and it has the same form factor as the Skx

 You have the more angular square dial on the 7002, a little bit more of a round design on the Skx. You lose the day function on the 7002. as I mentioned in my opinion, that makes for a cleaner and more balanced look to the watch. The bezels function quite differently

 Just a beautiful look to it really brings out that patina on the dial. Gorgeous. Oh, one thing I forgot to mention. the date function is actually on like a stainless steel wheel as opposed to like, you know, just some paper wheel or something you'd find on an Skx

 bi-directional single directional. On the Skx, you'll gain a higher water, uh, resistance rating on the Skx at 200 meters. The Skx has loom that actually works and I'll show you that now briefly. I've already charged them up and you can see just looking through my hands here that you actually can see the hour markers on the Skx

 Just change the seals inside and give it a service so it's it's running and I can wear it everyday. So this is the Circle Seven Zero Zero Two, Seven Zero Zero J J Meaning it's a Japanese watch. The Seven Zero Zero Two was produced between 1988 and 1996 and then was replaced by the sake of Skx. I Think the cases are identical to the SK X and this one though they use the same case but they changed the movement the the SK X has the dead eight function and this one just has the the date function

 so it's just a nice watch to wear all the time. So the next thing I like about weight is the dial design Now I have been told that this is not the original dial even though the dial design is exactly the same as the original. This is not an original dial which I was really annoyed about actually to be honest because the seller didn't mention that it was not original So I was a bit annoyed when I found out that this is not an original dial and it is an aftermarket one, so that was quite frustrating. Also, not original or the hands so those are original design aftermarket

 The bezel insert is again original design, but aftermarket. So yeah, you can't imagine. you know I was a little bit annoyed about that. but anyway I do love the dial design I love that it's You know it's different to the SK X but you know you can tell that it comes from the same family if that makes sense

 The profile is all pretty much the same and I believe the dimensions are you know, really similar as well, if not identical. You can also see the bezel is pretty much unchanged. Well, the bezel insert design is pretty much, you know, kind of similar. Pretty much kind of similar

 As you can see, we've got a got a bit closer so just got sick automatic printhead and then we've got water under the 50-meter resistant. so this is only 150 rather than the 200 like the SK X. It does still have a screw down crown and a screw down case. back

 it's a bit stiff this one so this actually measures in. Ah well, let's get it right. so it's You can see that it's a 42 mm diameter. thickness wise, you know we're talking
