I know you can’t get rid of pores but I’m wondering is there anyway to make them smaller? I use La Roche Posay products. They keep my acne mostly at bay but I feel like my pores are just so large. Part of it is genetic, but just wondering if there’s anything else I can do at home to help. Thanks!

I'm painting a bathroom and the 3 Sherwin Williams stores in my area are all out of paint. Need recommendations on a substitute brand.

There were these Ebikes around for a hot minute before the company (Jump) got bought and dismantled, and they junked their bikes. I absolutely love the eye burner red paint the bikes were, supposedly a proprietary formula. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get my hands on the stuff? I haven't been able to find paint of an even comparable color, even suggestions of other places I could ask would help. This has haunted me for years, I asked on their website when they were still around and got no responses but I'm hoping that now they aren't in business anymore I could catch some luck.

Looking for a specific color/paint

Exterior of house has paint peeling off in some spots in sheets to bare wood. After getting rid of all the loose paint I am planning on spot priming the bare wood with latex since whoever painted the house used one coat of latex sprayed on (no back brushing) and no primer. 

When I went to get the paint for this Sherwin Williams made the color with a deep base because I am going with James Hardie Mountain Sage and they said it is dark so the reason for the deep base.

My question is for the primer can I just use a white primer to spot paint the areas with bare wood. Will it affect the color of the paint (I am using 2 coats Super Paint). SW is out of a lot of their primers and most paint places think I am crazy when I ask for a deep base primer.

Any help would be appreciated. It's a big DIY job and I just want to get it right the first time.

I took a sample piece of our stucco drywall which is in our basement rec room to our local Menards paint shop twice. They cannot seem to match the paint. I am using a high-quality Dutch Boy paint and at this point I am not sure even what to do LOL.

Edit: I’m spot painting a few areas and have no need to paint the entire wall.

Stucco drywall paint match issue

Did things out of order here. My wife told me to only paint the walls and the trim. I finished painting the wall and was going to get started on the trim when my wife now tells me to paint the ceiling. If I had known I was going to paint the ceiling, I would have done it first. 

Anyone got advice on painting the ceilings to avoid drippage onto the walls? I have put up tape already. Now, I just have high blood pressure cause I don't want to get it on the wall.

<p>Update: 
Started finished the first coat on the ceiling last night. I said F it and just tapped around the ceiling and had tarps on the ground. Took it stupid slow. Felt like a turtle 🐢 painting the ceiling. No drips on the walls. I found that when you bring the roll towards you it sprays towards you  and when you push the roll forward it sprays forward. I got the corners of the wall and stood with my back against the wall. Then, I just pushed the roller from where the wall meets the ceiling forward. It seemed to reduce any chance of splatter greatly. </p>

<p>Had 3-5 memorable drips. 2 dripped right into the paint tray. Remainder went on the tarp or on me.</p>
