 This is the third pair of earbuds I've tried that's too big. I'm so sick of this, I just want a decent pair that won't fall out of my tiny fucking ears.

I've recently purchased Skullcandy Push Actives, and they don't fit right. I'm going to return them ASAP. This is the third pair of earbuds I've tried that's too big. I'm so sick of this, I just want a decent pair that won't fall out of my tiny fucking ears

 Since there&rsquo;s no seal, the bass needs to be boosted drastically in order to be heard at a normal level&mdash;but if the fit varies slightly between your left and right ears, the bass levels will seem off. The point of this design is so that you can hear your surroundings clearly, but we&rsquo;ve found monitor modes in other pairs of earphones (which use a microphone to let your hear what's around you) to be far more effective than this unsealed approach. 

Internally, 12.5mm drivers in each ear deliver a frequency range of 20Hz to 20kHz. The earbuds connect via Bluetooth 5.0

On tracks with intense sub-bass content, like The Knife&rsquo;s &ldquo;Silent Shout,&rdquo; the earbuds are capable of delivering some strong bass depth, but finding the ideal fit for that to happen is frustrating. While I never heard any distorted bass, the lows often seemed dialed back and distant, and the audio in each ear tended to sound different depending on how the ear tip was placed and the earhook was employed. It&rsquo;s frustrating&mdash;if you press the earpieces against your ear canal, you can hear how decent the bass depth can be, but without doing this, the earbuds simply can&rsquo;t muster a solid-low frequency response.

99 Push Ultra true wireless earbuds, the lack of a seal makes for issues with audio performance and ear-to-ear audio balance. It&rsquo;s true that you need to spend a little more money for the best gym-friendly true wireless models, but if audio quality is your main concern, you can do far better than the Push Ultra for the same price.

 When they connected to my Android, they were perfect. There was no problem. They were able to pair each individual earpiece together and I could get stereo sound. On my iPhone, however, I had a horrible, horrible time

 This is what wraps around your ear. You've got this really, really robust bud that goes right into your ear. There's no little tip where you can choose the different size. You've got your volume rocker right there

 I could not get them to pair to save my life. I don't know what I was doing. I went through the instructions and with the help of tutorials online and again, connectivity is my biggest pain point. If I can't get the device to connect, who cares how strong the sound profile is

 I don't know if it's right for you. You be the one to determine, but Skullcandy has very, very good sound profiles. They've got very, very deep bass drivers that don't shake your body or your face or your ears, but they give you enough thump when you're listening to those good old beats that it makes you feel good. It also gives you enough treble clarity so that the voice and the higher and mid-tones are reasonable

I really wanted to like these! I've had a ton of different Skullcandy headphones and think they're a great company, but these suffer from the same issue that I had with their previous generation of wireless headphones: For some reason, the connection just cannot stay solid when I'm walking around outside.  The sound skips pretty often, either completely dropping or only coming out of one headphone for a split second. It seems to be happening in some areas more than others, like if I'm in a more crowded intersection or sometimes when cars drive by. It's really distracting

 The arms do hold the headphones in place pretty well - I've never felt like they were gonna fall off just from me moving around. They work really well for exercise and I don't feel like they get in the way while I'm lifting weights or riding a bike. The problem comes when I try to put them on - due to the arms retaining shape, I need to sorta undo them to fit them over my ears and then readjust them to get the fit right. Also (and this may just be a problem because of my weird ear shape) but I have to undo the arm fitting in order to get them charging back inside of the case - one of my headphones seems to magnetically lock in place but the other has to be eased into position or it won't charge

Spotty connection and odd fit

 Both buds will automatically power on and the LEDs will simultaneously flash blue while they sync to each other. At this time, turn on your device's Bluetooth and look for Push Ultra in your list of available Bluetooth devices. Select Push Ultra on your device and accept any pair or OK prompts that appear on your screen. When pairing is complete, a voice prompt will say, Connected

 Here's how to reset Push Ultra to resolve pairing difficulties. First, remove your earbuds from your device's Bluetooth paired list. Now, turn off both earbuds by pressing the main button on each bud for 6 seconds. Then, press the main button on each bud for 10 seconds to completely reset them

 To use both earbuds again, simply remove the other bud from the case at any time and you will hear a tone, or the music will seamlessly begin to stream to indicate that you have automatically entered back into Stereo Mode. To help you get the best sound quality from your content, Push Ultra also features our new EQ Listening Modes. The three modes are Music Mode, Podcast Mode, and Movie Mode. To alternate EQ Modes, press either main button twice, then quickly press and hold the same button for two seconds

 Once the buds have synced together, you'll hear a tone to indicate the sync was successful and only the left bud will begin to flash red-blue. Now turn on your device's Bluetooth and look for Push Ultra in your list of available Bluetooth devices. Select Push Ultra on your device and accept any Pair or OK prompts that appear on your screen. When pairing is complete, a voice prompt will say Connected

 The quality isn't horrible but in the right conditions its just as good as the muff or ears covering headphones. Call quality is great. Both ends can hear fine. Microphone might be a bit sensitive to background noise

 People being called complain of loud noises in background. But voices are clear.  Overall they are pretty good headphones for their price range and offer. If you're on a budget I'd recommend

The other features that these provide are great and the fit is great, but the sound quality is not where it should be. Skullcandy y'all know I love y'all, but I got to keep it real with the people

 I do think that I'm probably one of the first people to pick up a pair of these earbuds. So maybe they will provide an update through the app for the earbuds. Maybe they can tune them and make them sound better. But out of the box in their current state, I wouldn't suggest these for 99 bucks

 Like I mentioned earlier, for the battery life with the earbuds, you can expect to get about six hours on a full charge. But you also do have quick charging with these so only 10 minutes worth of charging will get you up to two hours worth of usage. I have exercised with them and they stayed in place perfectly, even when I became sweaty. At no point in time did they feel uncomfortable or like they were weighing me down

 These are the Push Ultra True Wireless Earbuds, and they have some pretty nice features for the $99 price tag. First, they're rocking Bluetooth 5.0, so you shouldn't have any issues with lag or disconnections. You also have respectable battery life with the Push Ultras

Pros: -Comfortable and stay in-place when working out, including running. -Solid audio (could be a little louder, but decent volume nonetheless)  Cons: -Supporting app is irrelevant; EQ functionality is too basic and the touted "optimization" feature doesn't appear to be implemented (at present app is rated 2.5 stars on Google Play) -Charging case has no external indicator of charge status; therefore you are left to leave the lid open to see what the charge status is of the case when charging it -Buds will not fit properly in case, therefore sometimes leaving headphones connected to phone  The last issue is the most glaring and requires more detail

 Last problem was the connection. This was the nail in the coffin. The ear buds randomly dropped audio from my phone multiple times. I could understand if my phone was far away but at one instance it was in my pocket 2ft from the buds
