With the optional upper GPU mount (sold separately for $50, will update my build soon), you could even finesse running peripherals in the top dual slot mount while mounting your AIO to the side mount by the PSU/SSD area. You can even run a single or dual slot GPU in the default GPU spot with a 360mm radiator behind it in mITX mode. If you want the LED screens on the GPUs, you can't watercool them, hence the number of radiators (and in fact custom loop in general) is unnecessary. You could do a simple 240 or 280 AIO on the CPU. You also do not need E-ATX motherboard, if you are doing dual GPU there are standard ATX options, and you could fit them in the Sliger Cerberus X. There used to be mATX options for SLI but not in the last few generations.
