 It's a very, very popular primer and I'm so excited to go ahead and give this little guy a good test today. I'm going to be applying this primer on one half of my face and leaving the other half blank and then showing you guys the result and also doing an update at the end of the day to show you how my skin is looking throughout the whole day and if anything has changed because I have this primer on or not. This is basically supposed to help to even out your skin, smooth it out, especially if you have any texture issue going on and clearly I do because I've got large pores, I've got some dry patches on my skin, I have some acne going on so my skin is all over the place and I could really use some smoothing out. I'm 22 year old male and am delighted to share that I tried my first foundation today!

After doing a ton of searching (with little returns) I settled at Maybelline Fit Me Foundation- Classic Tan 335 shade. It suits my skin tone and am so happy 🤩 I have oily skin and this foundation layers like a dream, no greasy residue. I'm yet to find out how it's gonna be post oxidation. It gives me a beautiful finish, doesn't make my skin greasy (tbh how do you differentiate between dewy and greasy skin?!). I wish I could share a pic, but then I'm scared 🥺 Someday I'll get past this :)

Could you guys suggest what to go for next? I've only been indulging in skincare until now, so I'm quite a noob here. I am aiming for that 'no-makeup makeup' look. All I want to do is even out my skin tone and achieve an overall glow. I watched a tutorial by Ankita Chaturvedi and boy oh boy, that was enough to entice me into checking foundations out 😍 Suggestions on shades, concealers, compact powder and other stuff to have an overall glowy complexion (but shouldn't reveal that I put on makeup; let them keep guessing 😁) would be well appreciated 😌

On aside note, I'm really glad my mom (who's sixty y/o) has been very supportive throughout. No judgements from her side, she's simply thrilled for me :) I hope that the members of this group too would be happy to help and refrain from passing hurtful comments.

Best care for nasolabial folds (smile lines)?

 However, I only give it 4 stars as it, unfortunately, has silica (which makes it smooth) which is of environmental concern and has actually been banned in products in parts of Europe. The amount is small since it's the fifth ingredient listed.
