 On the other hand I do not like that the buttons on here are very sensitive, for example if I just drop it like this, it'll already be searching for signal, I don't know if you can see right there that little moving thing, it's searching for GPS right now and I don't like that because if it searches for GPS like 3 or 4 times without me knowing, it's going to waste quite a bit of battery so yeah I went from having 3 bars one day and within an hour I had 2 bars so it does use quite a bit of energy if you keep on bumping it around and accidentally hitting the GPS button right there. Now I kind of have like a love and hate relationship with this GPS button right here that's specifically for it. Now I kind of do like that they implemented it but I just don't like it at the same time because you always bump into it and it starts searching for signal. Now on the other hand you know as I said it measures distance really well, I have no complaints with that distance whatsoever but I just don't like the buttons at all, they should really make them a lot more like I guess harder to press because these things are way too sensitive because like you can barely press it and it will already change, I mean you do need some force but bumping it in every once in a while it's going to trigger something so yeah

 Now as you can see I'm just on the main little page where I'm always on but you have a mode button right here so you can change that so you have your run button, your run page and it gives you an option for GPS or indoor running so it's automatically searching for GPS, I don't like that, I kind of would like to select it before, you can do that though, let me stop that, alright it's off. So it's pretty easy to use software wise, I would take a look at the manual if you have not used one of these before but if you have had like a previous version of one of these Solius watches then you should catch on pretty fast. So yeah, you also do have a little light button in case you're wondering if there's any light buttons in case it's in the dark and you can't see it, you do have one of those so that's nice

Battery isn't bad. It lasted 9+ hours on a bike ride ...

 So that's very nice and it's just a very nice feature and makes everything a lot faster. So yeah. Alright so let's move on to what comes inside the box. So this, it comes with this little charging thing, as you can see four pins on there too which corresponds with the four metal pins on the, or four metal dots on the back of the watch

 But one thing I did notice about this one from the previous version that I had is that they actually integrated a GPS button right here. So instead of going into the modes and finding run, all you've got to do is just one quick press and you'll start searching for the GPS signal. So that's very nice and it's just a very nice feature and makes everything a lot faster. So yeah

 I'll be doing another video over that, but in this video all I'm going to be doing is just showing you how it looks, the ergonomics of it and practically what just comes in the box and stuff like that. So as you can see it has a very nice black and gray look, it's very sleek. As you can see there's the Solius sign right there. This is the wrist band right here, very nice and durable, it shouldn't be breaking any time soon

 This will drain the battery very quick if you are not careful, for this reason I only wear the watch running and keep it in a safe place when not using it. Mine had a small issue connecting with Strava (which was the sole reason I purchased the watch) but I eventually problem solved and fixed it myself (Strava has the worst customer service of all time.) Soleus on the other hand has decent customer service. The display when running is pretty hard to make heads and tails of and if you like to check your progress while running I wouldn't recommend this watch either

Does its job

 Battery life between charges has been very good and I've been able to get lots of half-hour runs out of a single charge. It helps if you turn off the GPS as soon as your run is complete as the unit will keep searching for satellites and that shortens the battery life. Overall, this is a simple and cost-effective way to use GPS as a training tool.

Highly recommended
