Leading me to buy the Beam, another One SL and the Roam. But I can’t seem to stop, as now I really want the Sub to complete the room set up and possibly the pro-ject turntable along with the amp or port. If you are on the edge of considering buying a Sonos product, The One is definitely the best value speaker out there considering how it can change how we listen to music, as it even beats some high end in-car systems. But be warned, once you pop that Sonos cherry, can be hard to stop.

He asked me to take a video of the speaker in action and send it in with the serial number details, etc. Now I have quite a few Sonos products and this was likely a 2016 purchase, long out of warranty. A few days later I got an email confirming a free of charge replacement (a Sonos One SL). I know customer service resolutions vary widely and I don’t know how their internal process works, but I was pretty pleased with the outcome.

Hey everyone . Heard of sonos quite a few times randomly throughout the smart home communities and needless to say I saw the box of sonos SL's at sams and grabbed them. At first I set one up for my patio and one for my bedroom and was instantly blown away at the quality of sound that day. Well a week goes by while I'm on vacation and when I get back I pair them together in my bedroom and ever since they just haven't sounded THAT great I've tried unpairing and reconnecting etc.
