 So this is a test to see if the SoundPeats T2 is a good earbuds for making phone calls, so this is me speaking in a relatively quiet environment and this is the call quality that you can expect. So what I'm gonna do now is to turn on a simulated background noise so you can hear a difference. So now there is a simulated background noise playing in the background and this is the call quality that you can expect from this earbuds. So what do you think of the call quality?  It's very minor but definitely noticeable. For everything else like videos on YouTube or Netflix, these work great with zero latency. Anyway, let's take a look at the latency performance of these earbuds. So this is a test to see whether or not these earphones actually have a latency problem

 The lid opening action is also very smooth and SoundPeats use a two-step hinge that simulates a clutch that holds the lid in place so that it isn't slam-shut on you. And inside, the earbuds are also super simple, no fancy functions or gimmicks here. All it is is a simple earbuds and the earbuds have the same matte black finish as the case and at the touch sensor surface, you get a nice SoundPeats logo in a gloss black finish and a small LED indicator at the bottom of the earbuds which is not intrusive and does go away when you start playing any media. The earbuds themselves are a little bit on the larger side so wearing them in your ears does stick out quite a bit but for my ears, they fit super snugly and I have no problems keeping them in

  First, the pairing process was pretty simple. The earbuds connect quickly as soon as you open the lid of the case. This is great so you can take them out and get going right away. However the downside is that means even if you're only using one bud at a time, the other one turns on and connects even for a brief moment before you close the lid again

This is my 3rd or 4th model of SoundPEATS that I've used, I owned one of the earliest models that I still keep for a backups and I loved them. I owned the SoundPEATS Sonics which I liked despite the rose gold color, but I lost the case during a move. After that I decided to go with the T2 for the Noise Cancelling. I'm not a huge audiophile and mostly listen to audiobooks so I can't speak to quality but here's what my experience has been

Good device and device but some problems

The Soundpeats are better sounding overall, with the best balanced sound out of the 3. Great sound separation and soundstage, due to it's dual drivers. The Bomaker's have a little bit more bass than the Soundpeats, but overall sound quality is a bit muffled.

 I can ride the subway train going through the undersea tunnel and still have 70% of noise block out, which is crazy. The Mic work really well too, compare to other earbuds, it doesn't have that static feedback sound when you talk. On top of that, it tells you what mode you are in. 3

 It lacks the crisp and clarify when you listen to vocal or instruments. It lacks the punchy bass when you listen to Hit Pop. I also didn't get the fun dynamic sound when you listen to EDM. Honestly, I am so shock about this since all previous Soundpeats earbuds sound great

Amazon earbuds under 60 US

 When I first got them, I could charge them 4 to 5 times. I am in the process of looking for replacements because the case battery is failing and I can't recommend these to anyone. They shouldn't be failing at this point. Not worth the money

 It never disconnects and the distance has been good. They are very comfortable. They charge quickly. Sound quality is good, but I expected them to sound a little better

 Not often, but more than it should. Battery life of the earbuds only last about 4-5 hours on a full charge. One of the BIG negatives is, the earbud batteries seem to drain, even when they have been switched off and not in the case. I will use them for 2hrs and they say they are at 70%, but I turn them off and set them aside (not in the case) and a few hours later I go to use them again and they are dead

Great Sound with One Major Flaw

Black Friday

 Sure, try them because they are cheap, but don't count on them. If you haven't had wireless earbuds with active noise cancelling or passthrough before, these are great to see if that sort of functionality is worth actually investing in. I'll pour one out for my now-dead earbuds, but I won't be buying another set as a replacement.

 Finishing up month 4 now and they have finally kicked the bucket. They claim to charge 60% in 2 minutes, then that charge doesn't last for a full minute before it starts saying it's low. Classic poor quality battery ending it's lifespan. Based on my experience, I'd say these aren't ones you should call in love with

Great at first, don't last more than a few months

Dynamic but with good clarity and no bloated bass, highs that aren't harsh and without any obvious sibilance, good volume levels, ANC that's at least as good as the SoundPeats T2. Decent separation, imaging and I prefer a bit bigger/wider soundstage if at all possible. Sound is the most important part after all, so that's the highest priority, and if the regular Earfun Free Pro's are as good as people say they are I guess they would be so worth it for $43 that I can get them for?.
