 I can't even remember what the problem was, but this next time when they come, he literally replaced everything. I think it was something with the locking mechanism now that i'm thinking about it and the locking mechanism um just kept locking the lid and what they thought was going to be an easy fix. They ended up literally fixing everything because whatever they fixed didn't work, so we pretty much leave it on heavy duty all the time i mean we are a family of five and we have a lot of clothes. This DC5 dryer from speed queen is quiet. I'm looking forward to it lasting 25 years as sturdy as it's built. I love the light that comes on when you open the door. And at first I didn't like the open-style lint trap, but then I learned you can buy a plate to cover it that has large slots, so your clothes don't fall into the lint trap

 It'S the ones that people are rough on that they want to last the longest, so these are made for industrial use, are super simple on the control panel, even my husband and my 12 year old, and i'm going to teach my eight-year-old this weekend, how to do It and i tell my family, set everything to one o'clock and hit start. That'S it don't have to change it from load to load. It'S awesome, i don't know the size. Here'S my dirty laundry for you, don't know the size capacity i'll put it here, but it doesn't matter because you don't have to re-wash things

It is a quiet machine and has numerous options for drying needs- even a buzzer switch to turn off or down the noise. My only pick is the lint filter- if you don't clean it out before taking your freshly dried clothes out, they'll be covered in lint
