I got it during last black Friday and it impressed me a lot. It is so capable and sounds really great.

Sure, it sounded like a nice delay but it took some learning and appreciating of its recreations of vintage delay sounds. As a Gilmour fanboy, I was torn between this and the Dawner Prince Boonar for vintage Echorec sounds – but my previous experience with Strymon pushed me this way due to their versatility and reliability. Also, Mick from TPS had an issue that ended in him having to take the Boonar off a board so I was a bit wary of that. I buy about 80% of my pedals used so warranties aren’t a thing - so unless it’s a vintage piece I try and stick with reliable and known entities.

Strymon Big Sky - A classic for big ambient stuff, bloom and cloud are awesome. Eventide Space - Blackhole is the killer algo on this one, gives you huge diffused spaces with cool modulation. Red Panda Context V2 - Great all around reverb but with a really cool grain mode that emulates a mutlitap delay reverb rack unit from the 70ies.

My favorite pedal is definitely the Strymon Blue Sky. It is by far the prettiest sounding pedal I’ve ever heard by leagues. I still get excited switching it on, it’s so clean. It feels like it makes the music bloom right out of the amp like a bouquet of spring wildflowers.

Watched tons of reviews though and it sounds great and is my number 1 lust chorus pedal right now. With reverb there are lots of nice pedals. People seem to really like oceans 11 and the TC Electronics Hall of Fame and both sound nice. The Strymon Big Sky and Blue Sky are killer but pricy.
