I know you can’t get rid of pores but I’m wondering is there anyway to make them smaller? I use La Roche Posay products. They keep my acne mostly at bay but I feel like my pores are just so large. Part of it is genetic, but just wondering if there’s anything else I can do at home to help. Thanks!

I was hiking the Appalachian Trail with a 35lb pack and developed arch pain that wrapped around the top of my foot.  A hiking buddy gave me these insoles out of her own boots (we're the same shoe size).  My foot pain disappeared almost immediately!  Since then I bought a set for every pair of shoes I own--even my cycling shoes.  I finally found the Holy Grail of arch support!  I can't exercise without these insoles and just wish I discovered them earlier

I have a lot of foot and knee problems including plantar fasciitis, extremely high arches, hypermobile tendons, and arthritis. I have gained a lot of weight in the last few years and it has to come off, in no small part because it is exacerbating my knee and ankle problems. However, the pain of exercising is almost unbearable.  A friend suggested Zumba (Latin cardio dancing) as a fun option that has a high calorie burn rate; is it - but it was excruciating on my feet and knees
