With no questions asked, quickly, and in a very friendly manner, SVS have straight up sent me a replacement amp. I've only bought two products from them--both SB-2000s--but they've just gained a customer for life, because that is the best customer service I've ever experienced. SVS have always been helpful and responsive, but this was on a level of its own. I understand that everyone's experience may differ, but I couldn't help but share.

About two weeks before the pandemic hit and my job told us to work from home for the foreseeable future, the used sound bar I was handed-down in the years prior randomly kicked the bucket. On a whim, I posted in the r/audiophile weekly buying advice thread something along the lines of 'I know sound bars probably aren't an audiophile community-sanctioned thing, but are there any that sound half decent people would still feel okay recommending?". 14 months later, I cannot understate how glad I am your comments and advice steered me toward a couple of bookshelf speakers and a turntable instead. I ended up amassing \~100 records since then, and spin something daily on a pair of Klipsch RP-600Ms & an SVS SB-2000 Pro, by way of a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon w/ acrylic platter and Ortofon 2m Blue upgrades (as one does), currently all tied together via a Denon PMA-600NE integrated amp.
