 This is 135 degrees, so you could aim this thing pretty much. However, you want, I don't even know, I don't even know if it'll stand properly, if you do that, you see no, I mean you have to balance this thing. They get it to stay, but yeah you can get it in this crazy configuration if you need it to know, but I just turned it on alright. So let's go over what you're gon na get out of the box you're gon na get this unit right here

 That'S it so you're gon na do turn it on. You got to hold down this little power button right here, so you're doing with all right. There we go and it just lights right up. Thanks, simple! That'S it right there

TaoTronics LED Desk Lamp - worth 40 bucks?

 You don't want that super white light. That'S gon na keep you up. Do that one, and then my personal favorite is the sleep one. This one goes all the way to the warmest setting

 That'S the brightest whitest one. Now, if you want to do something, that's a little bit less white a little bit a little bit warmer you're going to want to do the studying one. It'S going to have a little bit less strain on your eyes and then let's say you woke up in the morning, but you still want to look at your desk. Maybe you're writing stuff down

 It gets bright enough that you can see anything you want and if you're using it for something like sleeping or maybe nighttime studying, it gets very, very dim too now moving into the next pro. This desk lamp can actually change its warmth or cool tones, meaning that it can go a very warm tone, a more orangey tone and then it can go to a more white typical, led color. So if you're studying or if you're working on something you can change it to a more bright white color and if you're sleeping or maybe studying - or maybe you just woke up in the morning - which is what i use this a lot of times for i go To the sleep setting or the relaxed setting so to change the warm or cooler tones, they actually have four different settings for that now, the four different modes that they call them are reading, studying, relaxing and sleeping. Now, if you wanted a really white light, a really bright white light, maybe you're working on something use the reading setting

 Looking very sexy, there's a reason. This is the number one selling best desk lamp on amazon and i can certainly see why it's got all of the marks you want it to hit. You know it's got that it's got the timer, it's got the presets modes, it's got the dimming, it's got the bright, you know daylight, white color, it's got this soft yellowish candle, light color and it just it looks awesome. It doesn't take too much space

 It has all these other modes as reading. Let'S see right now it's on reading, let's see if we hit study okay, so it does have two different uh led colors inside of it it has the bright white daylight, coloring leds. It also has the more soft soft yellowish kind of leds, known as tungsten, uh color, at least that's what we refer to in the photo video world so steady mode, that bright white as a relaxed is probably going to go back to that yellowish, yep color and Then if we hit sleep, oh so sleep mode goes to full tungsten and then we can even dim that if we want [ Music ] see how my face my face is kind of going a bit yellowish, because the camera is set to a white balance. For the daylight color and the lamp is now not daylight color, but it is that soft yellow

 I appreciate these little details. Most people - probably don't, let's plug it in - i - have some power under the desk here on our table. So the power port here is at the back of the light, does have a glossy kind of finish to it, which does seem to show fingerprints, but you know you can't beat this look, that's for sure. Okay, so let's turn it on

 Oh, you know, you probably can't see it. Let'S shut off our key light. Whoa. You see that when you turn it on and off it kind of boots up, i like how it dims in and out
