 Alright I'm going to roll a few putts now with the slant neck copper with the true path alignment. First thing I notice when I pick this putter up is this Super Stroke GTR 1.0 grip. To me it feels really good it's a bit sticky and tacky and the size is kind of just right it's not like as big as a Super Stroke 2

It actually improved my game

 It's got that real soft kind of touch to it. My critique, I think in white, it's dangerous. That is not going to stay that perfect white for a long time. It's going to get really damaged and look very scrappy very quickly

 I felt like that alignment on top of the putter was super simple to get the ball lined up to the hole. I felt that the feel of this pure roll face was very soft. It had a response to it as well. Off-centred hits

 There's more weight at the back of the putter, more weight towards the toe and the heel. And normally, when they first brought out the Spider, they had two big massive chunky weights at the back, which for a lot of people, it wasn't as pleasing to the eye. Well, they've streamlined that. They've now reinvented the back of this putter with two much smaller weights but still doing the same job

 So I tested it. I was out on the golf course testing this putter and really getting it through its paces. Short puts, long puts to get the feel, the sensations and see if I could hold more puts. And I'm happy to report I enjoyed putting with this putter

I never liked TaylorMade putters when I was growing up. But nowadays TaylorMade are a SERIOUS putter company!

Why get an expensive putter?

What percentage of people on here use a line while putting? Whenever i line up a putt, as soon as i stand over it, 50 percent of the time it looks wrong. I don’t want to keep adjusting it while I’m playing so i just hit it.

I know putting is obviously one of, if not the most important aspect of the game. My question is, being that it’s a relatively short distance to use a club, how much difference does it make if I’m using a cheap Golden Bear set putter vs a $1000 Scotty Cameron?
