Try the ordinary alpha arbutin 2% + HA and the ordinary niacinamide 10% + zinc. These two helped a lot but it takes forever to go away completely but within 2 months they won’t even be noticeable. Edit: apply them in that order after washing your face and before applying lotion or face cream.
