Now this is a bit of a tough one since I've only tested the AMD stock coolers. I do like the look of this cooler and I do like the naming of this cooler. There's a certain logic to it

 Because I don't think you'll likely get a better overclock with this cooler relative to the R8 Spire, it will just likely have a better temperature at the same overclock, if that makes sense. Now if someone were to buy this, I would understand why, because it is cooler and if you are wanting to run your CPU at that frequency, this will do it cooler than the R8 Spire. Now I wasn't entirely good with just leaving it with the two stock coolers, so I did decide to at least go and look at some other ITX coolers. I found the IS-30 from ID Cooling, but the IS-30 is smaller than the X53, so this would have the temperatures likely be higher, and it is also slightly more expensive

Great little CPU Cooler

Shoved a Ryzen 5600x and a 3060 phoenix into this k39 for a travel build. CPU is cooled by a Cryorig C7G (rotated 90 degrees so the fins are vertical, bought the kit on hardware swap a long time ago) with a noctua nf-a12x15 mounted to the inside of the side panel. The gpu was deshrouded and I mounted another a12x15 with a grill to the outside of the side panel. I considered just using standoffs for the extra ~10mm I needed to get this card to fit but I think this looks pretty cool and the noctua fan is WAY quieter than stock. fan is plugged directly into the motherboard and is controlled by speedfan.

The Asus 3060 Phoenix WILL fit in a K39, if you don't mind an externally mounted fan

  Remember, PC parts are rated to go near 90 and well above. Letting something get into the 50-70c range isn't meaningful. Unless of course it is to you, in which case I'd recommend getting a different cooler.

Good for what it is

I have a thermalright axp-90 copper and it handles my 10700 with a 150w power limit and up to about 95C under heavy stress testing with near max boost clocks at all times

a friend of mine bought an acer predator 3000 with an i7-10700 and noticed that his temperature are fairly high even without stressing the cpu (80° C) so i wanted to get him a new cpu cooler.

The thing is, his case size it's small, we can't afford a cpu cooler larger than 9x9x13 (the stock cpu cooler has  a 90mm fan and there is case fan next to it so the space it's limited to a 90mm cooler)..

I was thinking about an AIO but we don't know if it is worth to get one with a 140mm fan (and if it is a problem to put that fan in a close space, like inside the ssds/hdds cartridge).

Do u have anything to advice?

Need a small new cpu cooler for i7-10700

good job thermalright you didn't forget the basics ----------- Update I just received the full copper revision of this model and yes it is infact noticeably heavier...I will defently be swapping out the all black one for this one and pairing it with the noctua slim 92mm fan from a nh-l9a and probebly artic MX 4 compound and doing some before and after testings on all the difreces

I'm not realy shur why this model is heavier than the black one as the black one is soposed to be full copper aswell just painted with a thermaly conductive paint and also nickel plated but we are going to find out what the results are of the difrences after testing...I want to be clear I like the all black model and the fans on these are ok, I will not be returning whichever one I don't use for this build long term I just want to make shur I am pairing the best possible solution with this 5700G to get the best possible cooling performance so I don't have to worry about my CPU temps in this airflow anemic case that is the inwin b1
