Hot and smelly...

 It's a zero rated with 650 down so it's still gonna be really, really warm and I'm looking forward to trying it out tonight. So one of the really cool features of this bag is the synergy connectors. So these actually fit around your sleeping pad and secure your sleeping bag on top of your sleeping mat. So when you're tossing and turning in the night, the sleeping bag isn't going to move and it's going to provide a more comfortable, stable sleeping surface

 It just sticks up there and it actually sits like quite far. um, on the side and so I actually can't even feel my phone. All right. The sleeping bag is clearly Paxi approved because she's she's not moving, but we are gonna nestle ourselves in

 So you want to look at keeping this thing dry so we'll take a little look at the zip. So you have this little popper here to help keep things closed in the middle of the night. Again, if you're wiggling but this bag that loose on you I can't see it opening the zip next. What therm arrest have done is I've actually added this plastic little thing around the zip so you've got a standard zip in here and a plastic thing around it and what that's for is to stop it getting jammed

 as you'll know at the minute you order something off them websites and you get an email about a week or so later saying they're not in stock. Didn't have any problems with Echo Sport and I haven't in the past. It's up to you where you get it from. If you do fancy buying this bag, just shop around and make sure you get a good price

 You can just move about it. And this is exactly what I like. So I'm going to put the hood up and see how long I can stay in. Uh, starting to sweat already? It's a really, really hot bag

 Anyway, a guy called Gareth came to the rescue. He'd actually bought one of these Firm Arrest Quest our sleeping bags and highly recommended it for warmth and also for fit. This particular sleeping bag has a feature called warm and Warm is an acronym for with Additional Room for Additional Maneuvers. So one of the first things I noticed about this sleeping bag when I first got it out and let it locked up was this: the foot box is so much higher than everything else and the reason behind that is Firm Arrest

 According to accuweather temps dipped down to 40*. I slept outside on our deck to test this bag. First I laid down a thin blanket to prevent any damage to my thermarest from splinters or such. Next was my thermarest neo-air xlite

 Had I got the regular length it would have forced me to sleep with my head outside exposed and left no room in the foot box.  TEMPERATURE RATING TEST:  It’s October now and we recently had some cooler weather move in for a couple of days so I used it as an opportunity to test the bag and my new sleep pad. According to accuweather temps dipped down to 40*. I slept outside on our deck to test this bag
