Does anyone have mascara recommendations? By the end of the day my mascara always looks like this. I did not cry.

Not the same as time Passes

No matter what mascara I use or what I do my mascara ALWAYS smudges on my under eyes. It’s so annoying! Any ideas that actually work? Even when I bake it doesn’t work and I hate baking as it enhances under eye wrinkles. 
I bought a tubing mascara thinking that would help and it smudges too, just a bit less.

What mascara has given you the best results out of them all, when there is such a huge selection in this beauty product? I have never been disappointed by a Benefit mascara, Roller Lash is hands down the best I have ever used, and I also really like Bad Gal Bang, the rest are pretty good too from the brand, but Roller Lash takes the cake for me.

So I have pretty long eyelashes, hooded eyes, and oily skin.  I cannot find a mascara that does not smear all over my skin.  My lashes constantly leave black mascara residue all along my eyebrow line and below my bottom lid.  I am not a fan of waterproof mascaras. What are my other options that actually work?!
