 How do you try and remove for us? I have a few pieces of equipment, something cheap and something should expensive that most have gotten rusty over time. Now, at the time of the purchase, even though he won there's two years ago, they didn't have something that I liked so off an Amazon. I got a barbell row and push down attachment. If I was going to use this equipment more, I would have probably spent more money on the nicer ones, there's ones that fit your good better and there's once it will probably be pulled up there

1) If you're a tall person or have long arms, this will not give you a full range of motion workout. The travel for the weights is just not long enough, but you can modify your motions to cover a full range. You just have to be creative.

When assembling, keep all bolts loose until the end then tighten them down once you get this unit placed in the location you want it on the floor to ensure it will not wobble for you side to side after fully assembled. They should have noted this in the manual as well.

 That is just a 2 by 8 treated piece of lumber cut in that shape painted black. I cut it in that shape so that I could put three screws on each side right here, give it a nice solid support and then a back. I used a trailer hitch pin that passes behind the Titan rail to hold it from going up and down. I have these adjustable holes and I just slide a stainless do pin in there and then I just threw on this rogue strap just to give it a little extra support to the unit

 Obviously, when your legs are locked in, it wants to turn the whole unit up in this direction. So that pin becomes the pivot point and then you need these three screws to resist it from going up. In that direction there that's why I cut the two by eight all the way up front here, so that I had good meet to screw too. You can see how far forward the two by eight goes there now, as far as the adjustment holes to move this thing up and down, I drilled four of them

 So it's important that you put your hitch pin in this lower corner here, and you want to position that so it passes pretty tight behind the pulley rail. You can kind of see it here. You want a lot of play between the pin and the rail. So a nice tight fit there when you use this unit
