 I get this very beautiful sparkling citrusy, not overly sweet, but there is some sweetness in here, kind of scent. It's very bright and tangy and sharp, and just very lively and vibrant. I really enjoy that a lot. So the notes say that it's Sicilian lemon pomegranate and Calabrian bergamot

  * *First smell:* Spoiled oranges. Wow this is kinda vile...
  * *Second smell:* You walk into a teenage orange's room. The sheets have been unwashed for weeks. This is the smell of his overripe BO. Transforms to dried oranges. Like the orange grows up to an old slightly distinguished eccentric professor. 
  * **Verdict**: Kind folks on this sub warned me that I wouldn't like it as a scent noob and they were right. This ain't it for me.

#####Versace Eros:      

  * Gentle sweetness. Smells a bit like fruit, but not real fruit, like fruit juice. Sneaks in, not harsh like most openings I've smelled.
  * The concept of soft. Gentle sweetness still. Doesn't change much, very constant smell. A bit relaxing. This is how I'd imagine a stuffed animal should smell like. Surprised it has a reputation as a frat boy clubbing scent.
  * **Verdict**: This is like a fourth date cuddling smell. 

#####Creed Green Irish Tweed:      

  * Shoving my face in a bowl of angry mints.

  * **Verdict**: To match my polo shirt when I'm golfing at a country club.

  * Jumps from incense to watery clean nothing. First sniff is heavy but lightens up quickly.
  * Aquatic with a tinge of smokiness. Like a cucumber with grill marks.
  * **Verdict**: I like the aquatic freshness, but the incense makes it weird.  

Note: Wanted to buy regular AdG but misread...

  * Warm sprite. Light carbonated sweetness. Smooth with a bit of fizz.
  *  Am I being seduced? Eros is like a soft blanket, this is like a soft feather. More playful and slyly inviting
  * **Verdict**: Safe but still a bit intriguing. Great first date smell. Awful longevity so a bit eh.

That's the end of my first foray into fragrances! Someone told me to test out a scent for an entire day. At first I liked Azzaro Chrome and Prada L'Homme, but it sadly fades on me. I was meh on Aventus and The One, but those really blossomed on my skin. Will need more time to test. Also lots of overlap, L'Homme Ideal/The One/La Nuit/Eros all cover the same niche so it'll be hard.

My (21M) first ever impression of some fragrances - pt 2

 I’ll maybe if you hold a baby and someone else picks them up they will say you smell good, if it haven’t been that long. But like the smell you like the D&amp;G light blue men smell, that’s good, the Gucci guilty for women now that’s my scent I love love love the way it smells. Why it goes away

 The cap does click into place, so you can pick this one up from the cap, especially if you have the small size bottle, it's light enough that you don't have to worry about it coming apart. The distribution on the atomizer is really good, and that was the presentation for Versace Eros Port Femme. Now, when you spray this on skin, it opens up very bright, and that's because it has a lot of citrus in here. Most notably, it has lemon and lemon blossom

 Now, the lemon blossom note in here sort of supplants the use of other floral notes, although there are some other florals in there, most notably white florals, which contribute, I would say, to the clean smell of the fragrance, but it also has a note of pomegranate in here. Now, as far as the name is concerned, I think this is a fruity floral, right? Lemon blossom is the floral, pomegranate is the fruit. And I'm typically not a fan of fruity florals because they always fall under the category of generic for me. That's just the way that it is, and it's just the way that it caters to my personal preference

 Projection on this one is really good because of those citrusy, more volatile notes that we have up top, like the lemon and the lemon blossom. And as far as the versatility, I think it's incredibly versatile. It is a sort of light scent. It gives off a clean smell with the citrus and the musk

 As far as the longevity, it works pretty well. It is an eau de parfum concentration, which is six to eight hours, and I do get about six or seven hours, so it does certainly fall within the average range. Projection on this one is really good because of those citrusy, more volatile notes that we have up top, like the lemon and the lemon blossom. And as far as the versatility, I think it's incredibly versatile

 I feel like it's something that's gonna wear really close to the skin just based off what I'm getting from that initial spray. This is suited for someone who is more refined and more reserved. This is an interesting one for Versace because I feel like a lot of their fragrances are a little bit more on the playful and young side but this smells very adult and reserved. I could see someone wearing this maybe on a dinner date but like a friendship dinner you know what I mean like you don't want to you don't want to knock this guy over with your perfume you just want to be like hi I'm here don't touch me

 I got all my samples from Sephora. So anyway let me just spray it and see what we think. Right off the bat I'm getting all types of lemony notes, very citrusy and musky. So let's go on to Sephora and just see what they have here listed for the notes

 I feel like this fragrance is obviously it smells really clean to me just because of that lemony note and the musk is very, it's almost a sensual musk. It's not really aromatic. I decided to explore fragrance and went down to Macy's. Versace Eros was love at first sniff..
