ViewSonic VA2456-MHD

I have the viewsonic one. I think it’s a solid monitor, especially at the price it is. I came from 1080p 144hz and the upgrade was quite noticeable. Imo the ips panel is very worth it, it just looks so much better than my old screen.

It simulates CRT by flickering the backlight and you get better motion clarity. ViewSonic XG270 is the best one and backlight strobing at 100hz and 120hz destroys normal 240hz. Other monitors have image quality loss when you enable it.

viewsonic vx2758-2kp-mhd is pretty good. i hate the amount of times i have to bring it up but here i go. viewsonic has a good overdrive each for 144hz and 144hz- below, like low overshoot and response times its the best budget monitor imo.

On the one hand, the Samsung G5 has better reviews from multiple users but there are also numerous complaints of ghosting and flickering which do scare me since it will be difficult to return the monitor. On the other hand, the Viewsonic is pretty decent (and a tad bit cheaper too) and while I've not heard anything bad about it, there aren't many reviewers.
