 They have nice and sleek design in this dark green color. With some black features, the design is really ergonomic. The binoculars lie perfectly in your hand, the bears are are quite slim. You also have these thumb rasters here on the um downside for easier handling

 I also have to talk about the special vip warranty uh by vortex. This is unlimited, unconditional lifetime, warranty um, which basically, they will repair or replace the factory or damaged product for free, [, Music, ] in the time of production. So, to sum up this review, these are great binoculars for any type of observation. Due to the standard 8 and 8 by 42 configuration the the design is nice and sleek compact light

My best guess for something that would suit you well, comes with lifetime no liability warranty, fog proof, water proof, etc. would be the Vortex Diamondback HD 8x42. You could pay as much as twice the price for the Vortex Viper, which is \*SLIGHLY\* lighter, and the only difference you're likely to notice is slightly sharper images with less colour fringing. For your application, I'd save the money

These were for astronomy specifically. I decided I wanted something more compact and lightweight so they are easier to hand-hold for long sessions. Ideally, I wanted to achieve similar light gathering ability.

Looking for a pair of high quality binoculars

 I would think that as the price goes up the possibility of getting a bad unit goes down, but the worst (by far) of the units I tried was the Maven B1 10X42, basically a thousand dollar model. I found it frustrating to get a binocular this way without trying it out before buying. But this is the world we live in now, and Amazon's return policy does facilitate the process. I must say I was beginning to get a complex about returning these high price items though

 But the unknown factor is quality control. I think you can get a dog with all of the name brands and models. Pretty good value

 Actually, I'm not gon na lie. I may keep these. I might keep these and keep them in my truck and keep them for a pair of truck binoculars, because I am really impressed with these so but we're gon na talk about these two different models here and break them down and see what we think about them. First of all, the the diamondback is kind of a Macedo Iran

 If you want some people like come down all the way like that. That way, you can just lean in there that way, I prefer to usually have them up a click, because, where I like a mat or you can run them up further, if you got deeper eye sockets, so they give you luxury to do that. You do have the diopter adjustment right here too, as well on both of them and they come with the sling. They come with really nice, a nice cased, it's almost too big, it's a nice kind of crushproof type case

 I'Ve always been so happy with vortex hopping optics. They just do an incredible job and you can't go wrong so there you go. That'S my thoughts on them again, the specs that maybe I'll roll them in here, one more time at the end for you there's links down below for both of these, for you from Amazon, incredible prices. I definitely check them out and I will have this stuff that we link down below for you and go take a look

 They are guaranteed for life. They are incredible quality. They have good, build structure to them. Both of them have a very good Ridge in here

Vortex Diamond Back 8x42 And 8x32  Amazing For The Money

 That's a lot of money to justify, unless one really wants the best binoculars. I was kinda shocked at the difference in clarity and *everything*. So I just pass this along to anyone wanting really good binoculars; I'd say the best but what do I know. I've progressed to night sky glassing and so wanted at least 15X56, I'm not interested in telescopes at this point

I maybe a bit biased, as ive loved almost all the vortex products ive owned. But i was very impressed with the glass quality at this price point..

Better than expected

After trying other companies and other binoculars, I can tell you this is what we were looking for. Durable with a nice case and strong straps. We’ve already used them for some bird watching and a couple hunting trips.

 Three position eye pieces - providing enough eye relief for eyeglass wearers, no problem. The diopter is not lockable but honestly it is a very firm adjustment - so it’s not going to be easily bumped out of adjustment accidentally.  The included neck strap is a good one, padded and comfortable. The lens covers both ocular and objective lens are good

 But I didn’t buy these for the case.  If you want a really good set of binoculars for birding or general use - these are a great choice if you don’t want to spend much more than around $200. I don’t know what else out there can deliver this kind of experience at this price and with an unconditional lifetime guarantee.  Yes they are made in China - I am sure this is part of the reason they can be sold at this price
