 So now I'm going to tighten this up all right. So before we put the wheels on, just get a fur coat, make sure their torques real quick. you don't want to over torque those. We're going to make sure everything spins up and works correctly

 The curved part goes towards the turbine just like so and you can see where the opening is on there and you can see how small this opening is. So if you're doing a lot of things on a big stuff, turbines might not be for for that household. So now when we put this back together, there are two. so there's two washers and you will drop them so definitely don't be a putz like I was

 So everything snaps together. Now everything is snap together again, the washers are in place, it's time to put the screws back and they all apparently are the same. And if you've ever changed a car tire, that's kind of the way that you want to do this. So you want your go zigzag with the bolt pattern when you're tightening up these this sort of thing and we're just gonna put this in with the screwdriver real quick

That's the most important part of what I'm looking for.

I would prefer bagless but I'm willing to be open. I don't really care if it's battery powered or corded. If it works well I should be done in 20 minutes.

It currently takes me about one hour to vacuum one small room because I have to go over it so many times and the machine always clogs at least once every time with just a little dust and pet hair.

I'm willing to pay about $200 for a decent machine even though that's technically over my budget, but small is the key.

I have to go under a computer chair, furniture, in corners and small spaces on full carpet, so small and easy to maneuver is very important. I also need to be able to reach corners to vacuum dust bunnies so it needs a hose with a pointed nozzle (not just a fat round one).

I'm currently looking at the Eureka RapidClean Pro, since it was suggested by a friend for my small space and physical strength, but reviews don't seem to support that it can handle carpet. I may occasionally branch out and do a larger room, also carpeted, that includes a few stairs. Occasionally I powder-clean the carpets and would need the vacuum to suck that up, too.

So basically, small and strong. Can suck up cat litter and powder from underneath a computer chair. With a hose.

Looking for a small vac for carpets that can pick up cat litter gravel

Had to try to get an adapter to make it fit my 1 1/4 hose . . the turbine is great though, well designed, and easy to clean . 

Amazon goofed, the page says it is 1 1/4 inch neck, the one I received was 1 1/2 inch

 Well, the reason the working vacuum gauge exists is actually to measure whether a turbo can be applied to a central vac or any other portable vacuum. So you get a measurement on this old canister over here, you're gonna see it's sealed Vacuum is actually pretty good. [Music] Working backings only about 30, which is still better than a lot of a queues that's ten more than something like a Kirby but it's just not going to power that tool. Now if I test my central vacuum, get that in French Now he does

 Now here is the true game changer. in terms of turbos. This is the newest one they've come out and Mila Is and Pneumatic. Henry are currently equipping us with some of their canister vacuums and the reason this was developed is in: Europe They have a wattage restriction so they've had to make these things work far more efficiently

 and again, Zero-g simply isn't powerful enough to really keep that turbo spun up. And this, this is exactly what most people think and why they will not choose them for cleaning carpet or area rugs because they're simply not powerful enough or so they didn't used to be. Now full disclosure: I Am at a mile above sea level and what that means is there is less air up here. We have less dense air, so turbos and cars would have to work harder and so would the turbo on a vacuum to spin it properly

 Everything else would seem to that some cat litter left. So yeah, that would not be maybe satisfactory. And that's the reason why a lot of people don't choose a turbo is because until recently it hasn't been a good option. and that's that's why I'm recommending this Vissel Ward turbo as it cleans very very well

I recently bought a C1 Classic.  What an amazing machine.  I got it for $300 from Amazon.  Then I bought the suction powered brush head for around $30.  I have medium pile carpet and a Chihuahua that sheds a decent amount.  I can't find a single hair after using it, and the brush has plenty of power.

I really find it hard to think about how the price can double or triple simply for a HEPA filter or power head?  All of the models have the same motor, people have mentioned this elsewhere.  How can  the higher end models be closer to $500 or $1000?  Is the power brush head really worth the difference?

Price Difference between Mieles

 Expect to be clearing a regular vacuum quite often.  This head is made for a central vac. but who has a central vac house? Most dryvac's come with a 1 1/4 adapter use that on this powerhead. A dryvac on a rug with the stock heads that they come with is very laborious

 unlike a powered brush would.  I also bought the small version air powerhead as an experiment for spot cleaning and it also works. This head is good for cleaning a whole house. The small brush is good for cleaning couches, cars, and wet spot cleaning areas on a rug

No dyson or multi-hundred dollar house vacuum can beat a 10 gallon dry/wet vac for cleaning power. It far exceeds them in suction. And you don't have to keep emptying those little filters. Why spend 200+ on an underpowered, small filtered device when you can pickup a dryvac for under 100?  A dry/wet vac is also capable of sucking up water

Add this to your dry/wet vac and dump your regular vacuum forever

The Henry would be the best bet, canisters can't be beat for getting under furniture. If you don't need the charcoal filter, a Henry HVR160 + Wessel Werk TK286 rug turbine + Wessel Werk PT 160 hand turbine would be ~$60 cheaper than the Petcare model.

My house is mostly hard floors; tile, vinyl, linoleum, and I have two rooms with low pile carpet. I've been noticing how my floors always look dirty, even after sweeping, and it's really starting to bother me. I've been looking into a good vacuum to handle my whole house. 

We live in a ranch, so stairs aren't an issue, but I want something that can easily get around/under furniture. 

I was looking at stick vacuums but they seem to only excel at looking good on the wall. I'm debating between a canister or an upright and I think I have it narrowed down between a Henry PetCare or a Sebo Felix. Would one work better for my flooring or would it just be a price thing?
