We just bought a new Whirlpool French Door Refrigerator (WRX735SDHZ), had it delivered this Friday morning. It definitely cools and seems to work, but according to the thermometer I keep in there it’s only gotten below 40F overnight when we haven’t opened it in hours.

 It was noisy too. Costco was good to get a replacement for us, but we had the same issue with the replacement. We later noticed that there was a dent at the back of both fridges. I believe the delivery folks from Delivery Pro are not trained enough, they moved the fridge from the truck to the home with fridge back resting on the dolly

Costco had it delivered and installed. The compressor was running all the time even if we bump up the temp hoping it will shut down. It was noisy too. Costco was good to get a replacement for us, but we had the same issue with the replacement

Fridge features are good but.....

 See we like that it has the drawer they can access without opening. The fridge makes us want to use a lot more instead of regular fridge where the drawers on the inside, like these crispers, we don't use these nearly as often they're just more of a hassle to get into. You got ta, open the fridge and then get to the drawer versus this one. You just don't open the fridge

 You want to hit these buttons down here. Well, then, just hit the dispense and it'll fill it up to that 8 ounce mark and it'll shut off. Also, if you just have it on normal, it will also count how many ounces you're using so you can just let it count to eight or, however many you want and then just let off it'll measure it that way. So that's it on the door of the fridge

 I remember the model off the top of my head, but I will put it in the I'll put it in the in the description or in the title of the video. So you will know which model to buy and get that special hinge on there. But as you can see, lots of storage, lots of storage Janus refrigerator, this drawer pulls out nice and far. We'Ve got the freezer drawer down

It'S got a fresh drawer in the middle and then a freezer fridge, just a metal painted a light gray color, I'm just kind of blending with the stainless steel so start with the icemaker. We do have a bunch of different settings here. There are all types touch sensitive, you can lock it if you have small kids and you don't want them just spill water and ice all over the place

Regretting this purchase as we have had it about a month and it is loud to the point of being quite bothersome. I have never heard a refrigerator motor this loud and visitors to our house comment on it.

Faulty Lights

I like the layout and everything else this refrigerator provides, especially the middle drawer provides extra convenience for taking out the veggies separately. The temperature control seems to be working well as it is supposed to do. 

 Asked Whirlpool online chat support and told it is normal. No it is not normal! my 20 year old Frigidaire fridge has never bothered me until it stop cooling.

I have already requested Costoc to return it and will continue to search for a quieter one from different brands. I am really frustrated to spend a lot of time on research before buying and now phone calls to return it and still needs to search for another one. I have never even return a small appliance I have ever purchased from Costco but I must do it this time for the sake of my sanity!

One criticl drawback-NOISE!

   The front cleans easy with stainless steel cleaner spray.   The surface is definitely the low fingerprint material. The freezer closes and seals firmly.  As I mentioned earlier, I do wish it was a little bigger (it's about 1 cuft smaller than my last fridge), but it does hold a lot and we are living with it

   The opposite door space has lots of room.  The french doors fit and seal well except it is possible to get it to not close completely - so be careful of that.   The front cleans easy with stainless steel cleaner spray.   The surface is definitely the low fingerprint material
