Wildtrail WT90 SBT90 Thrower Review - NarsilM, Extreme performance in Turbo, over 2km of throw

I love the light and the price, I liked it so much I bought 2. The 1st one from Ali express and my 2nd 1 off Amazon. The light I ordered from Amazon wont turn completely off. I have to unscrew the tailcap for the light to go completely out

 I'm so bummed and mad. Was so looking forward to a working XHP 50 model. But after 5 total and 3 broke ones still in my possession and many dollars wasted I'm done. I will never purchase anything Wild Trail again

 Ever. I quite literally dismantled the WT 90 I had and completely Mod'd it I was so disgusted. All this headache and grief of returning and time spent on the phone with Amazon and I'm left with nothing. Bad day to be a Flashaholic

 But after 5 total and 3 broke ones still in my possession and many dollars wasted I'm done. I will never purchase anything Wild Trail again. Ever. I quite literally dismantled the WT 90 I had and completely Mod'd it I was so disgusted

Purchased 1 and 3 replacements. Still 0 lights.

Belated NLD. WT90 badassery! Holy cow this thing is amazing.

 Easily fixed with some sand paper  - The rubber part that covers the USB port is poorly designed. Its difficult to open and extremely fragile. It will pull out of its retaining hole easily and it will break easily (they include an extra because you will break your first one)  - I did a water test (submerged under a foot of water for 30 seconds) and water leaked into the light from the front around the lens. Do not submerge this light!  Aside from the issues above, this light is flat out amazing

What are some of y’all’s favorite 21700 lights? I have a bunch of spare 21700 cells that need something to power! When I recently started getting into nice lights, I made the decision to try to stay with the 21700 format, and bought a bunch of extra cells. Now I also have a couple nice 18650 lights, and plan to get some Hank lights that are 18650, but I also want to put all my 21700s to good use. I love a lot of Hank’s stuff, especially the KR1 and KR4, so anything that has similar design cues but runs 21700 would be great. Stuff that is available in Ti, copper, and brass is a big bonus. Flooder, thrower, EDC, doesn’t really matter. Emphasis is on cool looking and 21700. 

I’ve been looking at the Lumintop FW21. 
The DM11 is possible, but I’m not really sold on the aesthetics.

So far so good. Excellent competition for common Emisar and Noctigon stuff

  This is the perfect around-the-house light for blackouts, etc. Just excellent overall.  Pleased, and surprised. Well done
