Some of the cons about it is you only have a 4" stone meaning you'll be making more strokes than a 6-in stone system. Also if you are going to sharpen very small knives you'll need to get the pen knife clamp. I have owned the Lansky system, the Work Sharp Precision Adjust. And a variety of other Work Sharp products.

Yes, some blades don't pair well with the Precision Adjust (neither do they pair well with any fixed angle system). In this instance, you can just clamp further out to reveal more of the blade and therefore sharpen at a more steep angle. The wobble is entirely due to the rest of the tool being too heavy: remove the blade and sharpen. You shouldn't need a system to sharpen Leatherman blades either way imo.
