 It can be used as part of multi-room using the app, it has Apple AirPlay, Spotify, it's Wi-Fi certified, works on both bands, Bluetooth, Pandora, Napster and as you can see a whole host of Tidal Deezer, very, very well specified. So let's take a look at this MusicCast 20 and show you what we get in the box. So first of all you get the speaker itself, you get some manuals and I'll go through that in a second and see what else you get in the box. So we get some of these here, let me show you what we have

I want to listen to music all over the house, what should I get?

The sound quality is reasonable. It is neither top-quality nor is it low-quality. In my opinion, it is good enough for most people to enjoy. My biggest complaint is the difficulty I had setting the pair up using the MusicCast App

 The sound bar works fine and sounds fine. The Bluetooth alone will drive you nuts because every time you connect the app WITHOUT using the WiFi support it will want to pull a Bluetooth signal from a more pure source, like your phone! Yamaha skip the app! Use a simple onboard pairing button and your own proprietary remote control supplied with the sound bar! Why create conflicting controllers that fight with each other???!!! As others have said, once you get past the hours of frustration the ‘room-filling surround sound ‘ does sound like what you want. The difficult process should be streamlined without the app. The app took its time delivering firmware to the speakers before they were functional

 The setup literature makes no mention of requiring both Bluetooth connectivity and WIFi. This is why the Audio on this product is better, but the overall satisfaction mediocre. The design needs work.

I just ordered a custom one in a military surplus ammo can. Every component is customizable and replaceable if it breaks. Uses marine speakers designed for boats. It costs less than a comparable jbl, sounds way better, goes much louder. And waterproof.

Need advice regarding Bluetooth speaker purchase primarily for my laptop and mobile. Main objective would be music. I don't roam around with speakers, so it will be indoor all the time. 

I am a Bass lover person so wants a speaker with atleast decent bass. 

I am looking at Soundcore Motion plus, Tribit Maxsound plus, Doss Soundbox, JBL Flip 4.

  Update - 2 weeks in and dropping to 3 stars. Im still experiencing audio drop outs now and then which I havent been able to identify what causes it as they sometimes go for hours with no issue then the issue returns. Its not enough for me to return these.

 Sound quality and power is perfect for a medium sized living room. I don’t think they will ever compete with a wired solution in terms of sound quality but overall I’m delighted with the solution. I have it and honestly don&#39;t use it for Bluetooth speaker. But for tv, gaming, movies, WOAH! Especially with the subwoofer. <a href="https://www.consumerreports.org/sound-bars/great-sound-bar-speakers-at-every-price/">Recommended</a> and affordable, paid total ≈ 90 €. I repeat that that stuff is way too good for its price!</li>

Budged up to 200euros

Will be used mostly at home.

Paired with IPhone XR and IPhone 11. In the future with newer iPhones.

All kinds of music.

Got a little child at home so nice if it were durable.

Which one will be better? Sony is around 40 euro/usd cheaper than HK in my country. Or should I look at something else?
