Now, as far as the general feel of the mattress itself goes, this mattress does have a medium firmness, so it's not really the softest one out there.

Haven't noticed the cooling effects which is the reason for four stars. Overall great mattress for the price.

However 6-9 months later the support weakened and after rotating to the other side and sleeping in the middle I found I had worn out the support in all areas of the mattress. So after about 2 years the whole mattress felt more like a hammock. I contacted customer service who did respond but wanted to see the visible "sag" in pictures.

After a ton of research, trying mattresses in store, and just straight up agony, my SO and I pulled the trigger on a Zinus. Yes, it may not last forever but what do I care if I’m comfortable AF and don’t want to deal with a return?

2, buy a more expensive mattress and it will last long enough to pay for itself (you hope). Just based on reviews I see these days, I'm reluctant to spend more on a mattress. I think my sweating at night ruined my Zinus (just my opinion), that a waterproof cover would have minimized.
