Zizzo Via Folding Bike Review

Hello, I wanted to look into getting a foldable bike that fits into the trunk of my car, since I can't park on my street and want to bike to it instead.

 I would be using it around 5 times a week so I don't imagine I need a particularly expensive one so would like something under 500. Thank you :0

Budget recommendation for daily 2 mile commute for noob

Supposed to be a good bike, but…

Joined the club a few weeks ago

I've been riding this bike for one season. It's comfortable, easy to fold and the ride is okay for a folding bike. My biggest complaint is with the the de-railer and under normal use is sometimes contacts the rim when in the lowest gear. I've re-adjusted the de-railer many times to prevent the scraping, but the small tires make this a design flaw

Even with perfect adjustment, the de-railer's normal position almost touches the rim and it's a battle that you can't win. First folding bike: Refurbished Zizzo Liberte vs Origami Gazelle vs ...

It works for what it is.

All right so I’m used to a normal big bike, for distance and speed . I could get a trailer hitch and then get a bike rack, but if I get one of these folding bikes, I won’t have to. For now at least. While riding one of these bikes, do you still feel like you get the speed and distance without beating yourself up? It’d be nice to have one for the summer but I just wanna know if they’re comfortable for a long rides. I mean like 25 miles kinda thing. Will definitely save me some money.

LET DOWN BY CRUCIAL CHEAP PARTS

That being said if you can afford it definitely go with something fancier that’s lighter and easier to fold and move around. I think it would be worth it for one of the kinds that can wheel around once they’re folded up. The zizzo is heavy and awkward to carry.
