 The two USB-A ports on the sides are both used to charge other devices as well as the USB hub function. If you're using this to charge a laptop, make sure it has a USB-C port and PD support. Most newer laptops will have these features. A power adapter is not included to charge the Power Pack, so you'll either need to use one that you already have or get one to charge it
