 I want to stay generally dry during those times and so to wear to give me a little bit of extra protection holding a little bit of warmth. I think this rain skirt is going to become pretty handy, especially at two ounces. Um, it does have something to tighten up on the back to reduce any gaps that you may have so that it sticks nice and tight to you, which is a good feature. Like I said, what you would do is you put this on, take your raincoat, put it over top

 Even if it rains where getting wet, especially in your lower torso is a real problem is when it's very cold out. If it's you know, 36 degrees and it's leading raining, it can really cause a lot of problems for you to get that cold and soaking wet all throughout here.  So I really want to set this to whatever is going to feel most comfortable and give you no restriction. Just like this. Now the other thing that I would do in between rainstorms because there's times where you put this on your rain gear out and that stops raining and then you take your pack off, you take all your rain gear off and then it rains again, you put it off back in and it just is that cycle. So sometimes what I would do is to just save time I would never take my rain kilt off

 It is unclear if the hydrostatic head rating is accurate, as it seems to wet out fairly rapidly - but not unlike other inexpensive rain gear. The seller really needs to change the advertised picture, as it shows the wearer – presumably in a rain storm – wearing puffy jacket (not rain gear) while standing under a tree. If you want to reach this market, use a picture which resonates, not one which shows you don't know WTH is going on. For this tip, please send me a free one!
