AmazonBasics High-Density Round Foam Roller 36″ vs Gaiam Restore Total Body Foam Roller

My old foam roller started getting squishy after a few years so I needed a new one and got this one cause the size and price were perfect. This foam roller, however, is solid as a rock, like really hard, like it doesn't give at all. Kind of felt like I beat myself up a bit first time I used it, though I'm subsequently getting used to it. I guess the upside it is should last a very long time

Was expecting it to last at least a year. Other than that experience with the foam roller is great. Videos gaiam makes for the foam roller have been fantastic since I had no clue what I was doing at first.

I practice Pilates and started having IT band issues in the beginning of August. Painful and uncomfortable as it tightens! If you know you know! Stretching will NOT fix it, but a foam roller sure will. It’s now the end of October. Have only had 4 days and use it 20 mins twice daily

This is my first foam roller experience. I am a total beginner. It was recommended to me to help with low back pain and tight hips. I received this item very quickly and was eager to try it out

I worked at a gym and theirs were amazing, this one is a little stiff but it works great for what is needed. I love to roll out before and after workouts to help work the soreness out and stretch my body out. Small enough to take traveling!

I ordered this roller because it came with a DVD. I find I do better when I don't have to look up exercises and can just pop in a DVD.

Buy if you are like me that are always in pain for workinout a lot or just always doing so much manual labor. Hopefully this review helps others.

Follow the video and don't rush through the work out. The foam could've been a little softer but hey it's all good. Drink plenty of water, have a nice day readers. :)

This roller is very firm. There is no give on this. It’s perfect for those extra sore muscles, but be prepared for the pain of the roller. A good pain though

I'm not one to write many reviews, usually if a product is bad I just return it and move on with my day. This however is an entirely different story. There is little doubt in my mind that this is a counterfeit product. How do I know this? Because I bought this EXACT same product directly from the GAIAM website and then I bought this one from Amazon, and the difference between the two is night and day
