The only reason I give it 4 stars: the shoulder pads are a bit narrow and it can cut into your shoulders when fully packed. Also, the organization could benefit from a couple basic utilities like key leash, pen loops, and card holders (maybe in that hidden side pocket). I also used this bag every day in France, for daily excursions and trips to the beach. After lots of use, several flights and finally getting home, it still seems to be in perfect condition. I'm looking forward to using it even more now as a laptop backpack when I need it, since I love the olive green color.
