For those preferring a smoother coffee taste, the Bialetti 4-Cup Musa combines beauty and elegance in a tastefully designed stovetop espresso maker. And as others have mentioned there's a channel in the top container that is hard to clean. Had to get a special narrow brush and use Cafiza detergent from time to time to clean it up

 It should be dried after a soft scrubbing and rinsing with bare hands and not left to dry on its own in the dish rack. I switched from my older Primula espresso maker to the Bialetti, because this Bialetti is made of stainless steel and the Primula is made of aluminum. There are indications that aluminum containers used for consumable liquids are problematic especially for brain health. I recommend this Bialetti stainless steel espresso maker

I know Bialetti is "the company" for good espresso percolators but they need to get a handle on their product quality. This is the second one I've purchased (different model) that has had an issue with something falling off after reasonable use. The venus one had the lid come off and this one had the handle come apart from the lid. I can still use the unit but it's nice to be able to open the lid without getting burned

The handle on the lid came apart after less than a year use.

This is a very good quality item but it is smaller than it sounds! Probably not even enough for one person.  I would recommend getting at least the medium size one, or definitely get the large one if you ever have more than 2 people to serve.

Nice sturdy looking handle(Debut came of after 2 years) the water chamber seems like it is made from stainless steel and won’t rust (Bivino rusted after years) I have bought several espresso machines in the past 5 years bc after a while the inside rusts, parts fall off. Let’s see how this one holds up

I'd go for a cafelat Robot and Breville milk frother. It's a super convenient setup, you can froth while you pull shots. Plus the robot will be fun to have even if you buy a nice dual boiler down the road.

Just looking for a temporary option for primarily milk based drinks. Later in the fall i plan on getting a high end machine but I'm thinking of picking up something on the used market to hold me over the next 6 months and then plan to resell. 

Specifically for milk based drinks, thoughts on my best option? No need for large lattes or more than 2 cappuccinos in a row.
