 I regret ever trying this thing out. I wouldn't recommend getting it, it's already to late for me to get a refund on this thing so don't throw your money away. Oh yes one more thing, it's accuracy sucks, it keeps saying my cats and keys are a block away from my house even when they are with me.

Ok but definitely not worth the money

This item works very well and it is very easyto use. The shape and size is a plus because it's  light weight easy to carry in your Keychain.

Received as a gift   after 4 months battery needed replacement  it would find my cell but not my keys  I then realized I did not receive the tool to open the unit to replace the battery  once it was opened   the voltage of the replacement battery was not the same.

Disappointed

  As far as iOS and WatchOS go, the app needs an update. iOS 14 crashes the app often and the Watch app won’t even load. But iOS 14 is new so I am sure it will workout soon.

This thing only really works when you’re within a certain range which makes it pointless. I bought this for one of my cats that sometimes goes outside. I like that I can make the tile play a sound when I want to find it, via the app on my phone. But when the tile is not in range, it does not work

LAST ONE

Firstly, it's important that everyone know that the warranty on Tile sucks. Once you get past a few months, they will not swap you out. They will only provide a coupon code for a discount off a new one. How does that reconcile with a 1 year warranty? If you try to elevate the issue, you end up in a Ground Hog day cycle of Americanized named 'Supervisors' all forcing you to start over at ground zero with countless emails, and you eventually end up with the same coupon code offer

What happened?  And, Non-Existent Warranty.
