Not very compatible with Note 9  It will alert when out of range but only if wifi safe zone or smart notification not turned on.  If "only" smart notification is on you can set area perimeters at an address and it will alert you if you left your Cube, but IT TAKES ABOUT 5 MINUTES! By then you're 5 miles down the road but at least it works.  When forcing the cube to sound when close I thought was defective.

Poor software ruins nice hardware except too quiet & high frequency .

This thing only really works when you’re within a certain range which makes it pointless. I bought this for one of my cats that sometimes goes outside. I like that I can make the tile play a sound when I want to find it, via the app on my phone. But when the tile is not in range, it does not work

Firstly, it's important that everyone know that the warranty on Tile sucks. Once you get past a few months, they will not swap you out. They will only provide a coupon code for a discount off a new one. How does that reconcile with a 1 year warranty? If you try to elevate the issue, you end up in a Ground Hog day cycle of Americanized named 'Supervisors' all forcing you to start over at ground zero with countless emails, and you eventually end up with the same coupon code offer

What happened?  And, Non-Existent Warranty.
