 So let's go here with the first one and up top. I Really should put more in here, but I just kind of put my ear pods Pro So that's where those go in this zippered compartment here. There's plenty of space for smaller items here I don't really have anything in there and then in the next zippered compartment I have iPad pro charger, Macbook pro charger, MacBook Pro charging brick and the Blockheads adapter for the MacBook Pro So what you do is you take this off, you slip this guy on and when you put this guy on, you stick it into the outlet and it becomes flush up against the outlet and not sort of like tilting back and down and then it falls out which happens a lot and I travel with it because why not? So that's that zipper. and then this zippered compartment

All right before we go to the top down view here this is the E Bags slim backpack I don't know I'll throw all the links in the description so you'll have them, but this bag is awesome so far because again, it has pockets galore. and let's start with the very front pocket here and it is a little warped. I normally pack this a little better to where it's not so bulging out right here

 All right. Moving on to the back compartment, this is where the laptop sits. It's a pretty big compartment too. Um, and I imagine it could hold pretty thick laptops

 So, and just throw the papers in there when I need to go somewhere. As I mentioned earlier, I don't use that side handle very often and on the newer version of the backpack, they don't even have it. I don't think um, so there is that. I do occasionally use the top handle though when I have to run somewhere and I don't want the backpack just moving up and down, shaking everything up in the backpack

 Uh, it's pretty big and spacious. as you can hopefully see, you've got this flap here which can hold papers that you might not have a folder for at the moment, but you have to be careful with this though because if you just put pieces pieces of paper in here loosely, they'll start to bend over and, uh, kind of curl over if you don't have something to prop them up. So that's the main compartment. Um, nice and spacious

 Uh, it's also got this removable padding on the bottom. Uh, which is nice for keeping your laptop from just slamming on the ground. Uh, if you put your backpack down hard. Be careful with this though, because if you have a thinner laptop, it can slide right next to this pad and just hit the floor through the fabric

 I believe it holds up to 17 inches and i've only got a 13 inch laptop, and this is the sleeve for it just to show you how much space i just preferred using a sleeve, because there is a lot of room in there and it just made Me feel a bit more comfortable than rather than me thinking it's sliding around, and but there is still a lot of padding going on on the front and back and bottom, and you also have this diagonal sleeve again. So if you had like folders or documents and things like that, then it's always um. There'S a nice um a few different like compartments that you can put that in and then over on the top. Oh so these do get confused, sometimes just because there are um a lot there's a kind of three different zippers going on, but the smaller one

 How I usually ride on an airplane. So as soon as I get on an airplane, as soon as we take off, I take the bag from underneath the seat in front of me, and I put it under my legs so I can maximize the legroom that I have under the seat in front of me. And this version was just enough so I can clear it without touching it, whereas the regular version my legs set on top of it, which I thought would be uncomfortable for long flights.  But My bigger concern is if you have a smaller laptop like my 14-inch here,, it leaves it with a little too much space for it to slide around. and while the bottom of the pocket comes with thick padding, it’s removable and doesn’t seal the bottom. so it’s not uncommon for the padding to shift and allow my thin laptop to hit the floor with pretty much no protection,. So if you have a smaller laptop, make sure the padding is Velcro attached just right to keep your laptop safe

The Pockets opens in an L fashion. that takes some getting used to at first, but they are pretty quick to use, But what I don’t like with these zippers is the fact that they are just bare metal so they make a lot of noise while I walk.  I'll gladly use this for local trips if I just need to get my computer and a change of clothes safely from A to B, but would not recommend for extended travel.

 Cons: It was much heavier than my old backpack, and the amount of padding seems excessive for the size of the bag. It also did not fit fully under the seat for any of my international flights on the trip, so I ended up resting my feet on top of it. I'm short, so this wasn't too bad, but would likely be an issue for taller travelers.
