 It happens on every level of noise cancelling, between 'hear-through', 'ANC', and 'off'.  They Won't Always Stay In. Again, I bought these to replace my gym earbuds, and am disappointed that they don't stay put as well as my previous pair, despite being marketed as 'active'. The worst part is that I can't even feel them falling out until they do

  The Good:  Sound quality is great! I'm not an audiophile, but I can appreciate when my music sounds better. Active 75t: Seems that it's a bit easier to press but I still have this issue. * Base seems to be lacking but you can modify it via the music equalizer in the app

 Active 75t: I actually configured it to have heavy base after the 65t but that was WAY too much. 75t seemed like a vast improvement out of the box with no tweaking needed!  Additional Comments: * Bluetooth pairing is weird. I only had to pair by just holding down the right bud button with the 65ts. Now I have to press buttons on both buds to pair with a new device

 Since I started working from home due to the pandemic, the battery life on my 65t's would only last me through half of the day on average. The 75t's are lasting me for the entire day now!  Here were the cons from my initial Active 65t review with 75t's comments below.  Cons: * Voice commands via Alexa ability isn't enabled yet. Siri works fine

First Impressions of the Jabra Elite Active 75t

 I didn’t notice a change with ANC on but hear-through is effective. The battery lasts a while. My ears start to ache after a few hours so I don’t ever have them in long enough to drain the battery. The case is sturdy and the material coating the buds and case feels soft and sleek

 I previously had the beats fit pro but those didn’t fit securely. I compared many different models and finally settled on these for their reasonable price, sleek in-ear design and good reviews.  They’re not bad. I’ll start with the things I liked

 The biggest drawback is the less than secure fit of the buds. This is essential but I didn’t find it in this pair of earbuds.

I wish there was a way to attach a string to the buds so when they fell out they wouldn't go rolling across the floor. i wish the case had an extra snap-on compartment for the small recharge cable

 The 75t are comfortable enough for me to wear for hours. * The small charging case is pretty great. The case on the 65t was bigger, so big that I didn't want to carry it in my pocket. The 75t case is small enough to put in my pocket, and I love that it's constantly topping up my headphones throughout the day

 The previous model, the 65t, were just slightly too big and made my ears hurt after just 5–15 minutes. Same with other Bluetooth headphones. The 75t are comfortable enough for me to wear for hours. * The small charging case is pretty great

) * While trying to fix the above, I found out Jabra apparently doesn't have phone support for these. Seems like online (email?) only. Compare with other vendors, such as Plantronics or Apple, who do at least have M–F phone support.  BTW, if you search around for people reporting problems, you will see some frequent problems, such as "left earbud stops working and I have to RMA"

Nice headphones hobbled by bugs

 * Fairly comfortable for hours of daily usage. My inner ears do get a bit itchy now and then, but it's not painful to wear for extended usage. * User controls on the buttons -- including volume control. Once you learn the controls they are very helpful

 * Firmware update process sometimes fails repeatedly with no feedback on how to help. * Only SBC and AAC Bluetooth codecs are supported (not aptX). That's fine for phone calls and YouTube, but not ideal for those that want to listen to their high bitrate/lossless audio content.  Neutral: * The buds aren't constantly transmitting audio

 I have used my buds for a 30 minute phone call and the app would still report 100%. For daily usage, just try to charge the case every few days to be on the safe side. * No individual battery life info for the left and right earbuds. One time my left bud ran out of power without me noticing

Great Overall User Experience

So I replaced my previous Jabra Elite Active 75t sports for a new one since the other one had the said issue on the left earbud and it's ANC was working poorly. Today I got my replacement and I was careful enough to use it first without updating to observe the sound quality and ANC improvement (wrt to previous one I had). After the update I saw that ANC has improved but the crackling sound started appearing in the left earbud. Hey u/jabrasupport , has Jabra acknowledged this issue assuming it is widespread and will there be a firmware update in the upcoming days ?

After umpteen emails exchanged over a period of 1 month .I finally got a confirmation mail for warranty replacement for my 75 t elite active earbuds(various issues with anc on calls and unwanted  sounds emanating out of them).Now they tell me that I ve to travel 1300km from my hometown in kochi to pune to get them replaced!!! !Are you kidding me!. And to think of it it took them a month to tell me this
