Ergonomics

Impressive but I narrowly prefer Apple's own keyboard for use with my MacBook Pro

The Apple is just a little bit bette, just a little bit easier to type on. There is a little more resistance with the Logitech. My fingers glide across the keys of the Apple keyboard as I type. With the Logitech, I find myself having to back up because I didn't press down hard enough and therefore missed a character

Not so worthy successor

The very first impression is positive, it has a good overall feel to it. l it looks good (important to me in my home studio where the look is a big thing). It feels solid, no plasticky and the keys seem to be well positioned and ergonomic.

0 would be for me as 3.0 seems to to be very smooth and responsive (I've tested this extensively by button mashing continuously for 5mins).

Slim and good looking and no fuss

Reconnecting after power-up is very fast. ► It's not very heavy but it feels solid and well made The finish on this thing is excellent. The dimpled silver appearance fits right in with so many different laptops, not just Mac Books. Besides laptops, it also works sitting next to my TenKeyless keyboard

Software

I am a software engineer and i type alot and care about my function keys. The function keys bar is very difficult to use because there is no space between button groups (most keyboards have space between F4 and F5 and F8 and F9). The function keys are clearly intended to be used as media keys. This keyboard is not for coders and not for gamers

So glad I got the extended one since it can do so much more. Use it every day doing work on Excel. It’s the perfect answer for inputting numbers.

Weight

Worth Every Dollar

PERFECT. If the backlight stayed on then everybody would be complaining that the battery doesn't last long enough. Logitech had this in mind when building this keyboard. Everybody is also complaining about the weight of the keyboard saying its too heavy, it is in fact heavier than the standard desktop keyboard, but that's good, because if its bumped it won't move or if it is placed on a slanted surface then the weight of the keyboard and the rubber feet will prevent the keyboard from sliding off of it's surface

would NOT buy at full regular price.

It required a different stroke for me to register "2". Pro: Slim & super lightweight (Conversely, not sure how good the battery is); Bluetooth pairing & reconnecting after sleep are alright, not as great as Logitech's; solid Aluminum body(the bottom is not) with USB-C; Personally, I like the "esc", "tab, & "=" on the top of the numbers although I do not agree on the exact placements of these keys.
